I have stayed 3 nights. Really Bad and cold breakfast all the time. Looks like they just prepare once in the morning and then not bring fresh for rest of the 4 hr of breakfast time. Also not refilling the things even at 830 things are empty and they are not bothering to refill. In the first room ac was not working and in the 2nd room fridge was not working.

The location was perfect. Just a few steps from the sphinx entrance. The view was superb especiallt from the rooftop, you will never get tired of it. They allow us to leave our bags which was very nice. The sheets was a bit dirty but the bed was comfy. Had a nice stay None

Great view and friendly staff as well at amazing rooftop cafe. Slightly dirty bathroom and floors, shower had no hot water and water pressure was bad. Beds were so so.

We booked for 3 night. Upon arrival they said room is not ready and moved us to another building for 1 night. Next day they gave us the room. Unbelievable !!! They sold our room to somebody. Also they offered a free transfer from Airport to hotel as we booked for 3nights. We confirmed with booking.com message. and no driver showed up. When asked about it, they just simply ignore.

Location! Staff friendliness, and atmosphere were amazing and everything we hoped for. The rooftop terrace was a lovely place to take in the views over a delicious continental breakfast. The staff exceeded our expectations and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The street outside was particularly noisy until late in the night. This is out of the control of our hotel staff so we did not hold it against them.

Food was poor quality and over priced. Bathroom could do with a refurb, shower was slow and the shower head looked rusted.

They are scammers. We paid and they gave us a room in another hotel.

The gorgeous view! The proximity to the pyramids and easy access to GEM. The owner Gamal (Jimmy!) who greeted us with fresh orange juice and showed us around, and put us into a room with direct pyramid view! Lovely room, lovely deck restaurant where we had decent breakfast, lunch and dinner. Likely because it’s a family-run establishment, communication through booking.com messaging was not always clear and answered. So we ended up getting our own tour guides and ride because they didn’t confirm, while they were arranging them for us too!! But still no fuzz. Jimmy handled it well.

The restaurant is overpriced and the food is not great even by egyptian food standards.

Some rooms need to be repare the ac

Excellent terrace view! Direct access to the Sphinx and the Pyramids! Best place for piramids lovers! Wi-Fi, pricy restaurant, noisy neighborhood, but it was expected.

View of the Pyramid from the rooftop restaurant and Location, easy access to the Pyramids entrance. It was not clean, room amenities were not complete and didn’t get wifi at all.
