The cleanness and friendliness of the staff. NA

The location is 100m from the Pyramids of Giza, and they have a fantastic roof terrace to view them from. It's on a very noisy road, I would advise earplugs if you are a light sleeper like myself.
-
There is no breakfast. It a lie. Nothing about this hotel is good. Booking.com should not list such bad hotels.
-
Wifi Everything ! Not clean ! The bathroom was a disaster ! No balcony or a terrace as it said on the app , no kettle , no bathtub , dirty sheets and pillows & small quilts not fitting king or queen beds , there was a big hole in the wall of the bathroom
-
The sheets could have been cleaner … they looked old and dusty
-
Right close to the pyramids with a very good view from the rooftop and all sorts of accessible shops right downstairs. This was very helpful to begin our first leg of stay. The rooms are decent enough, the bathrooms seemed to have no locks or latches but that seems to be the overall norm here. Otherwise the place is good enough to chill with decent breakfast options and extreme value for money
-
There was nothing to like about. Worst place we have ever stayed. No cleaning, dirty bedsheets . Dirty floor. Wrong claims on Booking.com about breakfast and airport shuttle.
-
There weren't any coffee-maker as mentioned. No hair dryer. There was a spiderweb on the wall. The walls were thin as if they were paper.
-
No room cleaning, toilet didn't work properly, bathroom got soaked every shower because no shower curtain, AC didn't get warm enough

The only positive aspect was the location, which is close to the pyramids. The cleanliness was extremely poor — I would rate it 2/10. My blanket had visible spots on it. There’s no bathtub, and the showerhead is left hanging near the floor, which caused the entire bathroom and room to flood every time we used it. The mirror in the room is placed in a very inconvenient and illogical location. There was no mention anywhere that breakfast was not included, and not only that, but there is no restaurant at all on the property. There isn’t even a kettle in the room to boil water or make a drink. During our 4-night stay, the room was never cleaned, and towels, shampoo, and other amenities were never replaced. I had also arranged with the hotel for a pickup for 5 people on Friday for a trip to Qanter Khayreyah. We agreed on a large car and a specific price. On the day of the trip, 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, they informed me they brought a small car and claimed I never said it was for 5 people — although I clearly did. They then offered to bring a bigger car but for a higher price, and we had to wait an additional hour. Because of this unprofessional handling, one whole day of my carefully planned 4-day trip was wasted .
