The central location is great An outdoor or rooftop patio to relax and have a coffee/wine/cocktail would be be a great addition

It is in a great location in the city center. The rooms are big and spacious with comfortable beds . Staff at the hotel helpful and friendly . Great wee place . N/a

This is the second time ive stayed and both times there has been a background hum throughout the hotel (except for reception area). Both times this noise kept me from sleeping. Good value, lovely hotel but i cant go back again due to that strange noise.

Close to many food and drink choices. Close to the college and cathedral. Room was clean and came with some amenities. Staff was friendly and we were able to check-in a little early without hassle. The hotel room was very small, and the bathroom does not feel like a separate space since its literally in the room and the walls are glass. The wifi did not work and the tv reception was spotty. The air conditioner leaked water after running for a bit.

It was a small but comfortable room. A nice bed, big TV, tea and coffee station. There's space under the bed for the suitcase. So for a small space very convenient. Not enough hooks in the bathroom. There was only one hook, so my hand towel and my body towel were on top of each other. Shelve space was also limited, but you can make it work. I would appreciate more space for the towels I used the coatrack instead. Can't open the window, so no air from outside, it would have been nice to have some air circulating in the room.

Loved the location (minus the construction that frustrated my driver) and the staff was really lovely.

The staff was wonderful and our meal was delicious. We had just finished a five star Backroads trip where we had every amenity. This hotel was barebones. No closet, no chair. Not much of anything. And we paid quite a lot of money for the room.

Great location. Clean. The breakfast and bar downstairs were great! Nothing.

Fantastic staff, great wine and cheese for first night, wonderful location from train. Room size bigger than Bath UK. Our bed was not comfortable- could feel coils - should consider replacing. They need more hooks- especially in bathroom, but by the door also

I stayed in a small attic style room which was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Loved the fact that it was within my budget and still provided all the amenities I needed. There was free wine and cheese at the cafe, during the evening social hrs which I didnt have the time to enjoy. Glasgow queens station is just one block across the street. great food options nearby.. I needed a comfortable safe place within my budget to crash for the night so that I can take the West Highland Scotrail train to Mallaig early next morning (8 Am!) -- this hotel and the room served that purpose 100% .. NA

Lovely location, great affordable price and very clean rooms. couldnt ask for more. Hotel bar and food open all the time, walking distance from some great locations

The location was excellent, near transportation, shopping, and the historic part of the city. It was easy to get around despite the constuction and roadworks going on. The room was on the small side, but comfortable. I would have liked a chair to sit in at times. The stool was adequate, but not as comfortable as a chair would have been. Access to the window/curtains was a little challenging.
