Bathroom was a good size. Shower pressure low. Unbelievable noise from outside, well into the morning. Very uncomfortable pillows. Practically no coffee. No bin bag in bin.

Location very central to what we needed, Rooms very clean and plenty towels supplied. Breakfast was lovely View, if you want to call it that was a dark alley, window faced onto other windows of offices or something, narrow corridors and small room

Great central location with welcoming reception staff. My room was newly refurbed, lovely bathroom. Complementary extras and a lovely welcome note, nice touch.

Good location for access to the city and places to eat. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and had usual facilities. I had to request a change of room after first night as I couldn’t close the window and as the room faced the main road it was noisy. Staff were very helpful to put this right. The rooms seem to need upgrading. No sockets or charging points near the bed. Over bath shower not best for older customers.
