The staff were excellent, helped us to our rooms, and treated us great for our stay, The milk and cookies were amazing and might be the highlight of my stay, the decor incredible, and the extra touches made the stay even better, Breakfast on the rooftop deck was a great end to the stay and id definitely be back

Absolutely everything, especially the room I was allocated, immaculate and beautiful! I highly recommended!! Location spot on easy access to all amenities.. If I had to give a negative, not allowing early check in which I would have really appreciated.

They didn’t advise of N event taking place the weekend we stayed. We had to queue to get into Our hotel, the language used by the act on in the hotel was horrific and they made us wait ages for our rooftop bar reservation. What was supposed to be a lovely birthday trip away didn’t present that way.

The decor and theme was nice The air-con in the room was so loud I couldn't sleep
-
Ideal location for city centre The air-conditioning could only be 18°, there was no cold air in the room. The room was clean but not overly clean No coffee machine or coffee facility in the room Bathroom could have been cleaner
-
Comfy and nice rooms Bathroom too small, it felt wrong having such a nice hotel right next door a homeless shelter

From the moment I opened the front doors, I was whisked into a new, rich realm. The wood and jewel tones and floral accents were eye catching. The room decor was unique and luxurious, contributing to relaxation with soft mood lighting, thoughtful decor, and a brass tub that was perfect for an evening of relaxation after days filled with exploration. The location was wonderful. I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go and found it a wonderful base. I will stay here again in the future.

liked the location in some ways but not being next door to a homeless hostel with people queuing over the entrance to the hotel lighting everywhere inadequate for safety. Ambience is one thing but having to use phone torch is another. Bed was 4feet 6inches wise for 2 of us!!!!
