The staff were wonderful, the location was perfect, and the breakfast was the best part of the whole thing. Really, we had no complaints. 10-10 would recommend Nothing could be better.

Very good location for queen street station and town in general. Staff were great. 12 o’clock checkout pushed back to 2 simply enough. Unheard of. Cooked buffet breakfast was plentiful and had lots of other options too. 24 hr bar is unheard of these days. Amazing!!! Room was a decent size. Very clean. There was not much of a view from room - bunker vibes. Not very plush.

Location was good between 2 subway stations. The decor was clever and cute, evoking quirky aspects of Glasgow, such the presence of traffic cones on the heads of statues.
