Very clean Main problem was lack of plugs near bed in my apartment I had to go out and by extension so I could plug my c pac machine in, I have stayed in lots of hotels and this is the first time I had no plug anywhere near my bed, also there was a lot of noise late at night with people walking upstairs and on my floor which seem to have very little sound proofing

The room was very spacious. The spa and pool was a bonus and no extra charge for use. Location Nothing

The location was great, room spacious, comfortable and clean. The swimming pool was one of the reasons why we booked this hotel. When we came there half of the pool was unavailable due to swimming clases (of course this was not included in the hotel facilities description) and, thus, the other half super crowded so it was practically impossible to have a swim. Also, the changing rooms for the pool were really dirty.

The room and staff were excellent. I did not know the pool would be filled with swimming lessons.

Good area, very near to city

The hotel was great in general.

The room was comfy big and even had two aircon machines The rude staff and refusal to accept cash even though the small print said if you could not provide the original card then an alternative can be used

The hotel was spotless & the foyer looked like it had recently been refurbished. We booked a family room for 3 adults which was really spacious with 2 double beds & a wee table & chairs. There was a adequate storage space, a full bathroom with bath with shower over it & a decent hairdryer. It's not luxury but it's clean, comfortable & was perfect for our weekend in Glasgow. We didn't eat there so can't comment on the food. The hotel's not in the prettiest part of Glasgow but it's an easy walk or taxi into the city centre. The staff member who checked us in was a bit solemn.
