It was really central, the staff were super lovely and so accommodating. We had such a wonderful time and everyone we dealt with was so kind , helpful and very patient . Nothing.

Awful experience overall - look elsewhere. Terrible hotel. The entire stay
-
Very cool interior design and comfort , plus location in a quiet part of the city centre .

The only good thing about this hotel is the shower. This hotel should be an embarrassment to IHG. Just appalling - we had 3 rooms for the Commonwealth Games (10 days x 3 rooms) - many thousands of dollars ($10k+) and we deserved better than was offered by this property and their management. I will be reporting to IHG HQ. Hotel rooms were dirty. Mouldy bathrooms. Room 505 - phone was disconnected with no lead from phone to wall. Whole place needs to lift its game and staff need an attitude shift. Food and beverage staff beyond rude - literally looked like they rolled out of bed (they were actually housekeeping staff being used as they were short staffed). To the red head who literally snarled at us - suggest you consider a new career! Food preparation and service not to standard. Paid for breakfast - kitchen was closed and they did not have enough food to serve to guests (no croissants, toast etc) - so went without (essentially a breach in the agreed terms we paid for - deceptive and misleading) - Apparently the "chef" was on holiday so this shut the kitchen - who cares about guest promises! Hotel restaurant not open for lunch or dinner. Whole experience 1 out of 10 at best. Disgusting experience. This is a hotel in crisis with poor leadership and staffing. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at in the world - they should be ashamed to operate so poorly. IHG you need to look at this one and resolve with the owners - its your name on the property.... and of course they would not allow me to collect points for the stay - just to add insult to injury. STAY ELSEWHERE.

Location and breakfast Cleaning service was average didn’t top up kitchen area and left dirty dishes and left over food.

Superb location The aircon was broken on our floor arrival but fixed about 3 hours later. It took a few hours to cool down even at the lowest temperature.
