Inside is nice, clean rooms, friendly staff On the 8th floor you can hear the trains, it’s probably worse on the lower levels. The streets around the hotel are dirty. It the hotels fault.

Staff were responsive and helpful when I had an issue - attending to the problem, asking after my wellbeing and offering complimentary breakfast I got an electric shock from a socket when plugging the coffee maker in. The socket was live as there was a piece of metal stuck in the bottom right pin hole. Also the air con stopped working during the night and showed a 'spanner' maintenance sign. It was very warm and I didnt notice the maintenance code until the morning.

Staff friendly and helpful, good central location, taxi rank right outside, Wetherspoons right next door, always handy The street is a bit rough and ready late at night so just be aware, but you should do that in any city at night

We stayed during the Commonwealth Games so the breakfast was great - good variety and quantity Exactly on the railroad tracts.

Stayed before will definitely return 3 guest in room on 2 cans of juice not a big issue but I think each guest should have one as we paid for 3 people
