Location was very central. Easy access to public transport King bed was very comfortable Friendly staff The number of fire doors one had to go through to access anywhere within the hotel

Parts of it were very luxurious and comfortable. The spa was very nice. The first room we were given, despite being one of the premium rooms, was cell like with a small window facing a wall covered in heating units. The pipes rattled in the wall and the aircon was very loud. It reminded me of cheap breezeblock hotels in Thailand! The changing room for the sauna was essentially a cupboard along the hallway.

staff super friendly throughout, very accommodating and just overall very pleasant at all times. A real credit to the hotel. the price ! Given the location it's understandable however.

The staff was helpful and gave us good recommendations for where to go for drinks. The bartender was a lot of fun. The breakfast dining room was very cheerful and filled with light. The room was a decent size but the wardrobe was not as efficient as it could have been. The safe and the ironing board were in the way. We could've used more hangers.

This Hotel is centrally located, close to everything. The room was clean and staff helpful and friendly. Although the breakfest was good, there was not a large selection.
