Lovely room, felt really clean and in a great location. Staff were really helpful. My room was directly underneath the hotel bar and on my third night (a Friday) they played music so loud I couldn’t sleep. I had to go downstairs at 12.15am to ask them to do something about it. The staff member was really helpful and apologetic. The music did get a bit quieter but I still didn’t sleep till 1am when the bar shut and the music stopped. This wasn’t an issue on my first two nights so maybe just a weekend thing but I had an early start the next day and I was knackered all day - falling asleep instead of enjoying a tour of the highlands not ideal!

This is the perfect functional stay in Glasgow. If you want a modern comfortable room, good walking distance location to all of the features of the Merchant City and train stations, free guest laundry via the guest app, and if you like a great vibe in the social spaces and bars, then this truly is the Social Hub for you. The rooms are on the small size if you have large bags but very functional, beds are super comfortable. There is limited storage downstairs if you need it, but there are storage facilities nearby if you need them for heading off on a tour for a few days.

Very modern, clean, and welcoming. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and courteous. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The downtown location allowed easy access to the train and plentiful shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. Truly wonderful.
