Location, spacious room, gym Only dining option was limited and not good variety/kid friendly . Would have been nice to have more ‘standard options’ for travellers arriving late with children. No car parking

Beautiful hotel, helpful & friendly staff Was not blown away with, restaurant menu. Little disappointing. Was also disturbed at nite with a random machine based noise that would occur every few hours.

The hotel was very pretty and clean, but our favorite thing was how large the rooms were. If the restaurant was open later, but it was nice there was a late night room service option. The choices were limited for that though.

The location is great, central to everywhere we needed to be. The breakfast let us down badly. We have stayed at the hotel many times, and it was good. This time it wasn’t. The staff at breakfast were not sure what was happening, we waiting 15 mins just to ge breakfast plates out. The cutlery was dirty, the room was messy with just clutter everywhere. Very little staff on hand to help or know what was happening. Very dissapointing. I complained to Guest relations manager who told me I needed to go through booking.com to get a refund for my breakfasts and that he would put points into my hotel account I have with them but he has not added points.
