I can’t complain. It was overall perfect and the location is exceptional. Incredible actually. The toilet didn’t really flush, you kinda had to fiddle with it, and the water pressure in the shower was kinda hard to understand at first. It was old obviously but also fine. If I absolutely had to complain I would mention that. It was a beautiful room.

The hotel’s location is excellent. It is directly opposite Glasgow Central Station and within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and supermarkets, making it very convenient for visitors. We stayed for one night and were kindly upgraded to a first-class room, which was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. However, our experience at check-out was disappointing. We asked whether the hotel could store our luggage, as we were leaving for the Highlands and had another reservation to stay at the same hotel three days later. Unfortunately, due to the hotel’s policy, our request was declined. What disappointed me the most was the complete lack of flexibility regarding my diabetes medication. Even though I made it clear that I was willing to take full responsibility for my medication and was simply asking for it to be kept at an appropriate temperature until our return, the request was still refused. Given that this involved essential medication rather than ordinary luggage, I had hoped for a more understanding and accommodating approach. While I appreciate the hotel’s excellent location and the room upgrade, this experience left me disappointed. Because of the lack of flexibility in handling a genuine medical need, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again in the future.

It had everything we needed for a one night stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very small for the price, but the price was low for the location.

The room was modern and comfortable. We loved the shower and the windows. The bed is adjustable so you use that as the bed or the couch (not a sofa bed but an actual bed that adjusts.) There is a fridge that doesn't work. The staff said it is more of a cool box to keep things the same temp as when you put them in. Ours was actually quite warm. The staff were great though and offered us the use of the staff fridge for our medicine. She also got us a bucket of ice to keep in the "cool box". The fun and changeable lighting in the room didn't work either. Not a huge deal but that would have been fun if it worked as other reviewers mentioned.

Luxurious bed- do restful! Clean, refreshing room. All amenities helpful. Staff was great in supplying taxis for around town needs. Stayed twice in Hlasgow and once in Edinburgh . Elegance and charm. Great company!

Strange set up in room, no dressing table with mirror, no socket on one side of bed to charge phone. Sink to lowdown, no tea/coffee facility
-
They did not have any tea or coffee facilities in the room ?

Good for one night stay. Very comfortable beds. Close to Glasgow Central station and to coffee shops and restaurants. Walkable part of the city.
-
Great location, just across central station. Since it's next to a busy train station, there are homeless people around. I will not walk around the area after dark.

Location A bit crowded

Great location. Very clean. Nice restaurant on top floor. We were given a disabled room, which I was told I had booked - I did not as checked! I booked a Queen Room. Shower was inconvenient because of all the contraptions. View out the back of the hotel, over the roof and bins was filthy. Won’t stay again.
