Exceptional

It was pretty clean. Not a lot of amenities. The kitchen area is nice. I did not like that there is no one at the desk at night and I tried calling on their phone outside without anyone answering and had to use my phone to call the company. It’s a bit sketchy and made me uncomfortable.

Clean convenient and affordable. Will definitely stay again. Staff not available at all times and the card reader frequently needs reset.

nothing I was not accommodated booking.com received my payment the hit was closed and booking is saying I don’t receive a refund because they reached out to the hotel and they didn’t respond

The Clerk assured me that I would be reimbursed for the night's stay that I paid upon check-in within 3 days. I'm still waiting for a reimbursement.

I thought I liked the area until I arrived and saw the pictures were misleading and it was much more run down. The mold and mildew smell, how run down the hotel and outside was. It was not kept up at all. We ended up leaving and going to a different hotel because I have asthma and can't stay in a mildewy room. Now they don't want to refund us and are ignoring us.

Shower was low pressure but it did get hot quickly. This is not a very nice place to stay for over night, i think it might be ok if you are staying for a long while and want a place just to sleep and maybe cook a couple meals. But you have to bring your own plates, silverware, pots and pans, dishwashing liquid etc as these are not supplied. I would not recommend this place.

Nunca hubo alguien que fuera a chequear el cuarto tuvimos 4 dias solo con dos toallas. Y la bañera cada vez que nos dabamos un baño filtraba para fuera de la bañera. Es algo que puedes trabajar y mejorar.

They are a scam do not go though this place ever I had a bad time to where I had to leave a week early and go back home and when I asked for a refund they wanted me to pay more to get it back

The location was perfect. Close to everything Being given a room with two big dogs in the bed. Clearly someone was still there. Then given another room but when I left to go to the store, I couldn't get back in and literally waited 40 minutes for staff to replace my key.

Just respectful staff No amenities like tea maker or coffee maker. Bath tube didn't have a swith to fill and use it. No trash bin in the restroom. No shampoo, no hand soap, no dishes, I asked them and they said we don't have. Nothing even abottle of water in the room. There was a kind of grab and go breakfast on the website but they had NOTHING. With almost $100 per night you shouldn't see a dirty towel on the restroom's floor. I booked this hotel because of my past good experience with other branches in other location. I don't recommend it at all.
