The hotel " cancelled" my stay with out telling me. I arrived to check in a was told they cancelled my stay the moment it came in because they over booked and did not charge me. The next day I see a charge on my bank account. They were called, stating they refunded my money and should receive a refund in 10 days. They charge $100 deposit and stay. This is all the money I have so my child in I had to stay in a hot car. They intended to charge me, hope I don't notice the charge.

It was a good experience, I liked it , the only issue that I faced was ( not quite place ) I can hear everything around my room ,( I went there cuz I had some business to deal with ) , after all it’s good place to stay in .

Never ever ever stay here. It is filthy throughout the building and rooms. None of the kitchen items were available.

People hanging out outside til late hours , staff was nice but room was absolutely disgusting. Hair all over the bed , roaches in bathroom, kitchen and sleeping area - left over crack paraphernalia. Told front desk multiple times .no offer to get a different room or anything.

It was ok there were to many kids running around unattended by themselves. Food around the property was nice and no cups or napkins in the room was kinda crappy

The staff was very nice. The first thing we understood that you had to buy your own toilet paper because they wouldn't have any more until Monday the next thing the room had roaches the next thing the microwave did not work and light bulb was needed for the lamps. Please see the above note this was the second room
