Location Needs to be updated . Our bathroom drains were all clogged so our showers weren’t pleasant and we had to switch our room the very next morning due to no maintenance on site until 5pm. We weren’t offered any type of credit for the 1st night which we should have!

Eateries in the area The cleanliness of the hotel. A staff member washed vomit in the walk way, after bringing itvto managements attention nothing was done about it

Good value while still being very clean and updated. Parking was a little odd with it mainly being in the shopping plaza.

The staff were extremely nice. Breakfast staff very nice, especially lady on Sat. Room on second floor over a driveway. Lots of noise from garbage pick up and loud music. During the night. Room not well kept very old and soap did not stay screwed to wall. Did not take photo’s. Could use an upgrade.

Mold in the bathroom. Toilet ran all the time, enen after flipping the handle. 20 mon after each flush. The floor was damp and my white docks turned black. Hard to get to no sign.....

We had a good stay. The bathroom could have been cleaned better but, I clean myself once I get there so it was all good, The location was excellent for what we came to Baltimore for. The staff were very polite and helpful.

A/c would not stay at set temps, key cards were deactivated daily when reservation was setup for 3 days. The initial room was incorrect, reserved a king bed with a pull out bed received a queen bed with no pull out couch. Got switched to a 2x queen bed. The last night I was there the AC was not working at all and my room was consistently over 77 degrees. I would not recommend this as a stay.
