Hampton Inn Baltimore/Glen Burnie

Very poor not recommended

We stayed one night for a lacrosse tournament and a trip to Rockville. The room was clean and everything worked well. There isn’t a gym on the property, but there is free use of a Gold’s Gym .6 miles alway from the hotel. This is one of the nicest gyms I have ever been at! The breakfast food was good with eggs, sausage links, potatoes oranges and apples, amongst other common foods. It was a very pleasant stay! Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful! :)

Breakfast excellent. AC was aggressive. Was billed twice once from Expedia and at hotel though they did a credit at checkout. Tub had drip and toilet seat needs replacement

Nice room, clean and comfortable. My only issue was that the bathroom sink seemed to have hot water from both faucets.

My room was clean and spacious! Check in was very easy and the lady who checked me in was kind and helpful! The elevators are a little scary and need to be addressed. I had to leave before breakfast but it looked delicious! Check out was easy. I missed that there is no pool and that is totally on me! I appreciated a nice room to stay before I had to drive back to NC.

Great location. But hotel definitely needs upgrades in room and bathrooms. Breakfast food area needs to be bigger with more than one waffle maker. Had a line just for a waffle. Bathroom needs ventilation. Dressers and bed need updating. Rail on bed scraped my leg from sticking out. Carpet needs cleaning too and air needs to be on down hallways.

Did not have real tea for breakfast, only green and herbal teas (I consider Earl Grey to be an herbal tea).

The staff was great, our suite was clean and spacious. Everything worked, no issues. Would recommend to anyone going to Maryland with or without children. Shopping area all around hotel for convenience.
