I can provide pictures as prof. The room I got had roaches both smashed into the walls and running around. Sticky spots on walls and door frames with other people's hair stuck in it. Everything was dirty, but worse of all black mold covered the ceiling and was spreading to walls. The pool was out of order as well. I asked for a refund and was told I would get a refund for one night but that didn't happen either. . I truly should take these photos to the health department and I think I will to save anyone else from dealing with what I did.

The hotel was absolutely disgusting, torn up walls, mold, racks in the bathroom and curtain rod were falling apart. The entire place was in total disrepair, and the roach we found really was just the cake on top. Not to mention cops showing up to handle problematic druggie guests that live there. DO NOT BOOK HERE. Seriously.

this place is a dumpster fire. property was littered with trash everywhere and quite a few external passage had quite the stench. the room was NOT clean but at least the sheets were. Entire place jas nor been updated since the 1990s I would imagine. furniture was very worn, chairs destroyed by cats . . . o - i almost forgot the pool! thousands of gallons of stagnant algae filled water is a great center piece of this splendid hotel.

Stay away from this place. I grabbed my family and ran after checking into our room. It’s not a motel it’s a hang out place for the homeless and the rooms door did not lock and had flies all over the room. The walls also had that looked like mold. I took pictures of all this.

The kind lady up front named Norma, if I’m spelling it correctly was super sweet and helpful!!! She made the stay more enjoyable and comfortable. If anything she deserves a raise! Rooms could’ve been a little more clean and definitely needs fresheners and airing out. Just a really bold smell of cigarettes.

Staff went out of their way to welcome us and help with local knowledge.

The first night we stayed in a room that had now working air conditioning. I called the front desk someone was supposed to come look at it. Finally the next evening I went to the front desk to complain and they changed us to another room.

Beds were comfortable shower was good Saw roaches, furniture was chewed from dogs staying there, sheets had burn marks in them paint peeling off walls drawer feel apart when you opened them

Nothing The beds had a metal base it made an God of saking sound . The pool was closed with this mean hand written note that said you bought them s on yourself " the rooms had a dirty mop smell and the remote didn't work in two different rooms it's chairs out side the rooms it was a very horrible place to stay for the amount of money that you have to pay .I would not recommend to no one ..

It was a literal roach motel. Yellow stained walls and ceiling, paint peeling. Whole room reeked of smoke. Dead flies and dirt and debris all over the floor so they didn’t at minimum even vacuum before we got there. Fruit flies lining the bathroom sink. Fridge unplugged and smelled terrible. Only one person dared shower and the bathtub instantly filled up from them and didn’t drain for over an hour. We saw a roach run across the wall. Just absolutely disgusting, it’s a disgrace they take people’s money and let them stay in something so dirty. And the pool was the only mildly attractive thing about the place and that’s permanently closed. Tons of long term residents living there

Staff was very nice and helpful. But the property is quite run down. The room felt very sweaty despite the ac running. Chipping paint and only semi clean floors. There was a weird substance on the wall by the garbage can in the room.

I made a huge mistake booking this property for two nights. From the moment I arrived, I felt uncomfortable and unsafe. There was trash outside the room, and people were sitting in lawn chairs drinking and smoking near the property. The staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. The room itself was in very poor condition. It smelled like urine, there were blood stains on the bed cover, and the toilet seat was loose and not properly attached. Overall, the room was dirty and clearly not well maintained. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you value cleanliness, safety, and a comfortable environment.

Room was dirty and smelled like dog. Bathroom door was broken as was the chair and the cabinets. There are clearly long term residents who are smoking and have loud barking dogs. Several of these residents were sitting outside being aggressive and unpleasant as I walked by trying to find my room. Avoid at all costs

I like the convenience that it was directly to the highway and across from all major shopping centers and food selections There are people living at hotel.The rooms are slightly run down.This is my second stay in.I was trying to get them a chance to my doors of broken and don't shut correctly .concrete falling down the the ceiling outside. Black mold on the bathroom ceilings. There was dog poop for several days laying around the property. The hallways smell like urine. And people smoking weed and doing drugs outside all night long

I was refused a shuttle to the hotel when my flight was delayed!!!!!

Didn't stay. I had to get another hotel because by 430 pm my room still wasnt ready. Wasn't going to keep waiting for my room when it was 105 degrees outside

This place was disgusting. There was some kind of body fluids all over the walls. No wash rags. Advertised that there would be breakfast and there was none. Advertised that there was a mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Didn't have any of those. Will never stay here again
