Clean room.

Too far from ballpark.

Good over night stay, room was clean and staff was friendly!

Slight smell in room

Nothing payment was due day of check in but they tried to pull payment early gave no warning it wasn't pulled then cancelled our room even thought payment wasn't due until check in The fact they tried to pull payment early with no warning and then cancelled our hotel two days prior to our trip leaving us scrambling for another hotel.

The pleasantness of the staff and very accommodating. Hotel was very nice & clean No complaints!!

Baltimore people are rude. If you’re from there, probably a great place to stay. If not, don’t waste your time expecting minimal hospitality

The only hot items were eggs (cereal & oatmeal were present, limited selection of bread). When I spoke to management initially they did not believe me that there were no hot items & limited selection of breakfast present, so I asked them to see for themselves. The same staff member (who told me they stopped putting food out at 730) came over and said she"doeant usually work breakfast & just went by the time the breakfast attendant told her to stop serving." .....40 mins we waited for "more food" to come out. With 1 minute to spare in breakfast, they placed only sausage links out. Room key was did not work 3 times during the 2 night stay, each time before a new key was made I was accused of having my "phone too close to the room key"....when in fact I did not. Then I was asked "did you try the other key?"...well obviously i did i wouldnt come back down to the front desk with my luggage or bags if I could get into the room...a simple "We apologize" or "sorry for the inconvenience" would have sufficed. I understand how it how stressful it can be working in a hotel which is also "sold out". But courteousness goes a long way. A simply apology for misunderstandings or actually replishening items for hungry patrons is a basic customer service.

Overall, I would stay hear again. They weren’t expecting so many at check in, which created delays. The room was nice, bed was a bit hard. The free breakfast was pretty good, with the exception of the pancake maker not working, but those things happen!
