The staff during the evening hours are extremely helpful once you can reach them. They are often busy with other guests, as there appears to be only one staff member on duty in the evenings. I am usually gone during the day.

There was a roach in my room, when I asked for a refund I was told I can’t only get half. This is a major inconvenience The general manager was rude and not helpful at all.

It had a sink and stove As I sat near front desk 29 minutes waiting for someone to come and check me in, continued marijuana and then smell got stronger. Once checked in, the floor my room located also had very strong marijuana and I could not breath, giving me health/breathing issues.

It smelled like urine and it was an overall gross experience The whole hotel was horrible

I like the location to 295, 695, 195, and BWI Airport. The hotel is in desperate need of moderation and more lighting in the hallways! All of the room doors didn't close properly and you could easily hear other people's conversations I would never stay at that location again!
