No water bottles and

1. Looks like the hotel is under construction. Some of the bottom of the wall was incomplete in the lobby. 2. They don’t have a washer and dryer. 3. Usually hotels have snacks. This one didn’t. They had drinks but it was locked. Weird. 4. Rooms were small. Maybe due to how they are constructed. Good: 1. AC got cold. 2. Quiet. 3. Plenty of parking. 4. Breakfast was solid. 5. Beds were comfortable. I would stay again.

The breakfast was well below acceptable. The scrambled eggs were cold and hard, the fruit salad was frozen making the various fruit inedible, the choice of bread/bagels/croissants proved to be hard and when toasted were like sawdust, and the coffee was fair. I had breakfast on my first morning, then refused to return for the remainder of my stay!

Nothing, this place was helllll! Our fridge was not working, they said they’ll send someone to fix it but nobody came. We got the one king one sofa bedroom, and there’s three people who are gonna stay, but the sofa bed was not set up when we came in and lacking pillow the pillow that they gave us smelled like fart. It was so dirty.

My ceiling was leaking and ants in the eating area.

The property was clean and the staff was kind. We checked in and only one room was ready when I booked 2. We were in town for a popular concert so i understood. 25 minutes later someone in my party went down to get our second room. Then we lost power for about 2-3 hours because of the storm and there was no back up generator. WiFi access was essentially unavailable the entire stay. The hotel staff wouldn’t allow food deliveries to the room but accessibility was an issue for my party. Then, one of the rooms pull out had mold and crumbs and the bathroom door couldn’t close because the latch to close the door was misaligned. No compensation for any of these issues was offered. Even though the costs for the room was more than their regular rate due to the BTS concert in town.

The staff was very kind and did the best they could with what they were given. None of our grievances are with them. The WiFi did not work, the room was noisy (sounded like someone else’s water running?), other guests were, the TV did not work (missing a cord). The shower was not clean

Unreliable shuttle service to BWI, even though it was scheduled through front desk. Very poor communication from front desk staff. Difficult and disappointing experience.

The room is so clean and beautiful. The check in suppose to be at 3:00. They let us and all other families waiting in the lobby for more than an hour. They made a list with the guests names and started calling names around 4:00 when other family started getting their clothes out of luggages to change the bathroom which in the lobby because there were a concert we all wanted to attend. When we asked the front desk ladies they said we can't give a specific time when the room will be ready. I personally won't go back to this hotel.

No pool. Check in was 3pm. Room not ready until 430pm. Never again

Not so good. Shower head was falling out of the wall. Bathroom sink stayed clogged for the entire stay. Noone ever came to fix it and I was not offered another room.
