Nice stay

Room was clean very quiet

The odor of weed was overpowering from the minute you opened the building door and throughout the hallways. This stench was better in the room but I honestly hated coming into this place. It never got better over the course of several days. Mounds of trash, not a bag or two, built up outside the rooms as people set it out to be collected by the hardworking housekeeping staff. The toilet flushed only if you held the handle down. The tub was streaked with attempted porcelain patches. On the positive side, a truly great breakfast buffet and very pleasant staff. It felt like no one had done quality control in a long time.

Chech in and out were easy. The room had two bath towels for two adults. When we asked for more staff was rude and uncaring. The desk in the room was falling apart. The door under the bathroom sink fell off. The property signage was old and out of date. Outdoor pool was closed for inspection. Something not communicated. Building fire alarm was tested this was also not communicated.

My room was clean. I checked in on 6/08/2026...I was taking care of my Mother's Estate..I had to move 3 times. That was trying..now I'm hoping that tomorrow will be my last move. The superior 2 room suite is nice...just trying to hold on to it is complicated...Not good..

Great place, good breakfast, friendly staff

It was a nice place if you staying for a little while. Just didnt like that the first room I was in the toilet was broken so I had to switch rooms. Overall I would stay again.

Room smelled strongly of cigarettes. Silverware was dirty. Bugs in the room. Carpet was so old that suitcases wouldn’t roll on it. Staff was lovely though!

Very nice breakfast, spacious rooms, and friendly staff

The staff was super helpful & friendly. Management did their best to make our stay a pleasant one. To no fault of their own, the place itself needs updating. The second room we stayed in was way better than the first yet the carpet was stained, the dresser drawers kept opening up, the desk chair was damaged & the quilt (which we didn't use) had a big tear.

Breakfast was ok..bagels was about the best. Had to keep changing rooms that became aggravating. 1/2 the staff was Great!!

During my stay in Room 341 Sonesta ES Suites Baltimore BWI Airport , the toilet was stopped up and unusable. When I contacted the front desk for assistance, I was offered a plunger and expected to address the issue myself rather than having maintenance resolve it. I was also informed that no other rooms were available, so I was unable to be moved to another room. As a result, I had to use my sister’s bathroom in her room throughout my stay, which was both inconvenient and unacceptable. At checkout, I went to the front desk and asked to speak with a manager. I was told the manager was unavailable but would be in later and would contact me. Unfortunately, I never received a phone call or any follow-up regarding my concerns. Given the circumstances, I do not feel that I received the accommodations and service that I paid for. I respectfully request a refund or appropriate compensation for this unsatisfactory experience. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response.

No bath towels. Had to use a wash cloth to dry off

We stayed for 1 night before a flight. I got out of the shower. No towels. I had to dry off with a wash cloth. Called the front desk. They said they would bring some up. After 2 hours my husband walked down and got some at the front desk so he would have some for his shower. The girl that checked us in was short and rude. Love Sonesta suites but don’t think we ll be staying at the BWI one again. Lots of other options

The room was very nice, I liked the space and room setup. Only issue, there were a lot of tiny ants throughout the room. However I would stay here again.

No drink allowed in the pool area. If we're seating by the pool you need to have at least your bottle of water right next you but that wasn't permitted.
