A few minor things but can be fixed quickly. But 10 for travel

Friendly staff and close to a lot of places

Loved how close to the airport and downtown it was Pillows were thin as crackers the bedding was thin. Water didn’t have much pressure or very hot. The balcony door barely opened and always got jammed. Only 1 ice machine was available in the building.

The bed linen was amazing, but the mattresses need to be replaced. Very clean and spacious. Outside needs landscaping.

Ice machine on my floor was broken, laundry facility was broken, sink clogged up and water pooling. Old Marriot, not a great experience this hotel needs remodeling. Rooms were decently clean, staff was nice but would stay here again

I was disappointed that they couldn’t arrange a later check out time.

The property has outdoor space to relax in; the room was big. No complimentary lobby coffee— just Starbucks— and the coffee wasn’t hot. Limited breakfast.

We ended up booking last minute at this hotel because our prior booking was cancelled without notification and we just jumped on Expedia to quickly make arrangements. We thankfully were able to book but the minute I walked into the establishment the young lady at the counter was extremely rude. She was upset that Expedia allowed me to book when they were apparently full. It’s not my fault. I did what I needed to do. Other than the rude staff member, everything else with the room was perfect.

it was good and it helped that they had almond milk as I'm lactose intolerant. I was also greeted with so much help. The staff was amazing and i felt right at home nothing it was great and the shops nearby was amazing as well will definitely come back on my own. I would have love to explore more of the gym if i could

I stayed one night but the front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel and my room was very clean and sanitized. Parking was close to my room which made things easier for me to move back and forth to the car. The hotel is very close to the hotel and easy to navigate. I would definitely return.
