It was convenient for a place to sleep and shower and close to venue where work shop was being held. Very close to universal studios.

They changed to paid parking after we booked. The first counter person told us we would have to pay. I asked to speak with a manager. He told us there would be no manager around for the weekend. The following day I spoke with a manager and she cleared the parking fee. The breakfast also was lower quality than in previous stays.

No me gusto que ya cobran el parking y pue nosotros somos clientes continuos

Clean room
-
The rooms are very clean and tidy. Excellent location and cleanliness; I recommend it.

This is my favorite hotel to stay at while visiting Glendale and its surrounding areas. I love the look and vibe of the hotel and the staff is always helpful. The rooms are big and clean. The balcony is a wonderful addition to the rooms. The only downside is paying for parking.

The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and in need of serious updates. Several items were broken, and it did not feel clean. Unfortunately, because our stay was prepaid, we had no choice but to remain there. Around midnight, we found a cockroach near the kitchenette. Worried about bringing pests home, I moved many of our belongings to the car. Then, around 4:45 a.m., we watched a mouse run across our room. I repeatedly called the front desk, but no one answered. I even went downstairs, and there was no employee at the desk. At checkout, I reported both the cockroach and the mouse. The receptionist simply told me to call back on Thursday to speak with the manager, Lala. There was no apology or concern. Since then, I’ve called several times and have only been given the runaround. I wasn’t given the room I reserved, the room was dirty and in poor condition, there were both cockroaches and a mouse, and the customer service was unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

You get what you pay for, so if you want a decent location and clean room, you get that. The ac was loud, shower didn’t get very hot, and they turned off the water for the first day which we didn’t learn about until check in. My hallway door had layers of paint which made the door stick and require a shoulder push to open it. My senior mom had trouble opening it. I told the staff and not sure if they will fix it. They are updating the place so hopefully they will.

Staff not that friendly. Rooms not to be cled

Pool was nice. Rooms are very outdated.

What made the experience even more frustrating was that the property looked nothing like the photos advertised on the hotel’s website and booking platforms. The online images gave the impression of a clean, well-maintained hotel, but the actual condition was significantly different. The advertising was misleading and did not accurately represent the state of the property. Overall, the hotel felt poorly maintained and neglected. Cleanliness and upkeep fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend staying here unless substantial improvements are made. The staff was the best part, specifically Hurley!

Had a great stay. This is an old property but very well maintained with a great retro vibe. The location is excellent and it is located in a safe area with many conveniences close by. The staff was very helpful with providing advice for seeing the local area.

It’s an older hotel but clean and well maintained.

Its worth the price!

The staff was helpful, and the room was nice and clean. Nice place. Would stay here again.
-
Hotel was very nice and unique. They had snacks for purchase in lobby. The AC in the room did not work well. The water pressure was not powerful in the shower nor sink. Beds were not very comfortable.

Muy buenas la experiencia nada más abrir más temprano la alberca 😃

Rooms were clean

The room’s large window only has a blackout curtain and no sheer curtain, which creates a privacy issue. It’s not possible to open the blackout in the morning without being fully exposed to people walking by the parking lot. In other words, there is no privacy even for simple things like getting dressed so we had to keep it closed and turn on the room lights even during the day.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times now with my kids and hubby and overall, it's usually been a good stay. The beds are comfy and the shower is clean. For the price you pay, it's not bad. This time I got the kitchenette room and it wasnt really impressive. One of the cabient doors was broken. I would stick to the standard room next time. The location is really what I love. Close to the galleria and good eateries. Parking shows free in Hotels.com but they charge $10 a night. Not high but it needs to be updated. If you're looking for something affordable, this may be your place.
