Clean

Room was clean. Shower has two heads which is nice. A/C works. Not the most modern room but overall me and my gf had a great time and felt pretty safe.

Rooms are nice. I do not lije the odd check in with a camera. It was much better when you could speak with an actual person. The lobby has ugly plants where there was once sn open desk, making a poor first impression.

We been there before and its nice place. One thing different is they have a live person on a kiosk where you check in and out. Nice person. Didn’t take long to process us.

I only stayed for one night, but I will definitely come again.

The lobby was staffed by a virtual kiosk, which let me know immediately that the neighborhood wasn’t very good if they wouldn’t have an onsite desk clerk. The carpet in several places was dirty and coming up, same thing for the tile in some areas. My wife and I decided to try and walk to a restaurant in the area and I felt like I should have brought a gun with me!!! Trash and Homeless People in several areas near the hotel!!!🙁

I went in with a bit of worry due to the negative reviews but was so pleasantly surprised. My room was really well kept and everything was very clean - it was much cleaner than a lot of other hotels I've been to with way better ratings and reputations. They provide shampoo, soap, and lotion. The only thing I did not like was that there isn't much (or any) security on the premises and there's a big window in the front where you can see clearly where someone may be staying, especially if on the first floor. The room doors only have one single lock, which is another thing I didn't like as far as safety was concerned. However, I was only there for two nights and though these safety concerns were there, I didn't experience any actual danger. The check-in process was interesting as it was on a kiosk with a live employee on the other end, but it was efficient and got the job done. I would recommend staying here, especially if only here for a little while.

For the price in the area this is the place. Its very clean, rooms m spacious and the staff is welcoming. Check k it out when your in the area.

🚨 PREDATORY SCAM OPERATION - INFESTED HEALTH HAZARD

sink had trouble draining, but everything else worked fine. The staff were very difficult. They told us to stay until 12 to check in when we arrived at 10 and when we tried to check in at 12, like they said, they told us we would have to pay an early check-in fee, despite advising us to wait till 12 to check in for free. The location is convenient however I would not book with them again because of staff treatment.

It was an easy booking, check in, and check out process! Pricing was great and the room was very comfortable, the staff working the video on kiosk was very kind. There isn’t much parking, so it is first come first serve. Also was a slight chemical smell upon check in, such as cleaner product or a spray, but subsided after some time.

Easy check-in and out process. Will be back again.

Great place to stay . Good location near Glendale Civic Center. Great and iconic Italian restaurant next door!
