A little older but really clean!

It was a comfortable and convenient stay! I would return. Room was spacious and clean, thank you for the stay and I enjoyed the coffee station and water machine.

Room didn't feel clean, weird smell. Lobby smelled aweful when I walked in.

Not a fun stay. The Mrs and I were terrified as drug addicts we’re fighting in the next room over. Police had to come and we weren’t able to sleep.

Very old, not what the pictures described..False advertisement. Room had a weird smell, stains on bathroom walls amd on walls in room. No live person to speak to, only virtual asst upon checkin. Before checking in, I called about 5 times to confirm something, no answer. Area is not the best. Checked out early and went to Hilton. Terrible experience.

Very unique hotel check-in is with a kiosk with a live person inside. I have never experienced anything like that but it was very pleasant very easy process and check out only takes seconds. I was impressed on how clean the room is how clean the property was the only thing that I would change is the fan in the bathroom made so much noise but that wouldn't stop me from coming back. I wish it was under better circumstances because my husband was in the hospital.

Easy virtue check in. Coffee machine 24/7 available. Microwave in room. On site parking with reasonable fee.

I did not like the kiosk check in nor the additional $15 I had to pay for parking.

Scam

Upon arrival, I paid for parking and provided my vehicle’s make, model, year, and color to the receptionist. On our last night, we returned late to find the main lot full. Our vehicle, a passenger van with a high top, was too tall to fit under the underpass leading to the second lot. When I sought assistance, the receptionist initially informed me that my only option was a refund and that I would need to find parking elsewhere, stating that "RVs" were not permitted. Although I clarified that the vehicle is a passenger van, he repeatedly offered a refund rather than a solution. Eventually, after a significant wait, he received managerial approval to have a staff member open the street-side gate so we could access the second lot safely. While I am thankful the issue was eventually resolved, the experience was quite frustrating after a long day. Given that I provided my vehicle details at check-in, I believe this delay could have been avoided. I hope this feedback helps improve the coordination of oversized vehicle parking for future guests. I hope you find this helpful from a future returning guest.

Great central location. This stay was visiting Beverly Hills, Petersen Auto Museum and a Dodgers Game. Easy access to freeway.

Friendly staff great location

The place or the stay is not a concern. The hotel and reception kiosk at all up to par and really nice experience. My issues are the extra fees that have been charged to my card by either hotels.com or the hotel its self. 3x's I was charged 75.00 and once 7.50$. I would like to know why and who authorized these charges. It is against the law to keep records of customers credit card info and make charges with out owners authorization. I will be contacting my bank tomorrow morning.

I really enjoyed my stay there at the hotel, but the only thing that I can complain about is that the shower wall had hair on it. Everything else was clean. Just make sure that the shower walls are properly cleaned. I do plan on staying there in the future. Thank you.

The room was clean and spacious. Only downside was I was woken up to loud noises that sounded like a big door opening and closing in the early morning of the hours
