Very spacious room for my family of 5, the babies had their own space to play with their toys and it wasn’t crowded. Rooms look like they may have been upgraded not long ago, i appreciated that. The room vinyl floor was disgusting. I normally always make sure my family has socks or slippers when we stay in hotels but when my toddler lifted up his feet after a few mins of no socks his feet were black. They could have done a better job mopping. Morning after first night stay we needed more towels. The lady at the front desk questioned me if i had 4 already. I was a bit annoyed, because surely for a family of 5, 3 of them being 11 & under, you need more than 4 towels. They were also really weird with room deposit, they said it was $20 cheapest room deposit I’ve ever heard of. And when my husband went to collect it, the lady asked for a $5 tip. That was a joke.

Worst hotel ever. No parking, there are 5 spots, I had to park half block away on Colorado st. I booked a double bed room cause it had a couch that I wanted to sit and watch tv, and they gave me a single bedroom she said cause I am the only one staying. I asked if there was a nice chair, she said yes…..there was not. I said this work, and she said we just sold the double bed room so this single now is all we got. The single was a separate building the size of closet next to their laundry room. Worst stay ever!!!!

Never again! Beware! Asked for a CASH deposit of $20 while sign posted read $100! Guessing the request for people to hand over $100 cash wasn’t working out. After reading reviews, I found that many people did not get their “deposit” back or had to work to get half of it back. In short, a scam. Every other hotel asks for a credit card for incidentals, sure, but not cash. Got the $20 deposit back after shaming them, but pretty ridiculous. Scam attempts weekly if not daily via text, emails, calls. Don’t need one more while staying at a hotel for a night. And the bed? About a 1/4 inch give to the “mattress.” NOT a good night’s sleep!

Rooms where open plan and clean Staff asked for a $20 deposited cash not mentioned when booking when asked to get it back she gave $10 and said half is OK! And keep $10

It was very hole in the wall from the outside, but the room was pretty awesome. Location was awesome. Restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. No pool and we were not able to use the sofa bed. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty and we had to go to the office for an iron. But these were solved in a very friendly manner . Parking was also a bit weird for us.
