Broken parts held with tape, water dripping from ceiling into buckets in the workout room, huge and loud external AC unit in our room, probably because vent or main system not working in that room.
-
The staff was great, we stayed 2 nights. Our first room was great and clean, got moved to a second room and found a lot of garbage and left overs from a previous stay.

Lobby and breakfast met expectations. The location right off the highway was convenient. The room was broken down. The central AC wasn't working, so there was a portable AC unit duct taped out through the window. The fridge was missing a handle, the shower seat was ripped out and there were holes, the lamp shades were broken and you had to throw your shoulder against the room door to open it. I had to go directly to the housekeeping room to track down linens for the pull out couch and was laughed at when I requested more pillows (they didn't have any extras). The pool room key card entry didn't work, so you had to go wait in line at the front desk to get that person to swipe you into the pool (which smelled musty and was a little cloudy).

They have a pool The manager had an attitude

Very good

Location was great and the room was very large -this was a king size bedroom. Only drawback was not as much closet or clothing space, but we made do. I would come back there when we visit Milwaukee again...

Good location in Glendale and near the highway with access into the city, but the hotel is dated and the elevator was broken, an outside door wasn't working properly with card access, they had to fix my door jam while I was there. I had to ask for a better bathroom clean in the room too. Shower head leaked. Limited kitchenware in the suite. The staff was great and responsive, but the hotel could use some upgrades and not necessarily band-aids. That area of Milwaukee is too nice not to have a better quality hotel. They are a mile from Lake Shore Drive. Make a capital investment. Thanks!

We recently stayed for 5 days. The shower curtain in the bathroom was too short so water flowed all over the floor in the bathroom. I requested them to bring another, the next day they came with another curtain that had a dirty bandaid attached to it. We had a room of 4 and only had 2 towels. When we asked for more towels we were told we needed to go downstairs and get them. Housekeeping only came up one day and refreshed our room. The laundry only took quarters, and we had to go to the gas station and get quarters. The dryer was broken. The front desk staff allowed us to dry our clothes in their dryer for all of the inconveniences which was helpful. None of the treadmills in the “gym” worked. Overall, 0 out of 10. The staff had attitudes anytime I asked for something. Just awful.

Can't think of anything.

Staff were really nice and helpful. Rooms were dirty however.
-
Pool was out of service!!! We needed this relaxation after a long flight but it was closed.

Could have used at least a small garbage can include bathroom, too.

My children found some cheetos in the closet and in thr pull out soda bed, and there was some garbage on the desk. Could have used at least a small garbage can include bathroom, too.
-
Spacious, has kitchen Room not maintained as it should be. Broken fixtures, scotch tape on ceiling, from previous party, broken table, scribbling on chair cushion. Pool closed after we used it once, due to poor maintenance. VERY disappointing for our grandson.

Push the door and come in the room. When my husband realized the door didn’t close properly from the outside of the door there was a house keeper who told him to “slam the door shut.” There were no extra trash bags either so I had to go ask the front desk twice. The first time I asked the staff said she’ll let her manager know to bring a trash bag to our room. Almost an hour later and no trash bag so I went back down to the front to ask for a trash bag. The same staff lady said she’ll ask housekeeping to bring a trash bag to my room. Trash bag finally arrived 15 mins after I got back to the room. The pool had way too many kids, kids without NO adult supervision. My 3 kids couldn’t swim because everytime we stopped by to look there were too many kids, again with no adult supervision. There were probably groups of children staying at the hotel for a party or something. During breakfast, the same kids were there with no adults either. I don’t understand how this isn’t an issue with this many kids at a hotel with no adult in sight. The morning of checkout, the pool was closed until further notice. I guess my family and I can’t even enjoy this amenity during our stay. Overall the hotel stay was decent, as this was our first time staying at this hotel.
