I had to change the hotel. It was impossible to stay there. I had to change the hotel. It was impossible to stay there. There were kids in the hotel that were in town for a football tournment. They were all around, making noise, fooling around in the elevator, all sorts of stuff. The hotel was dark, dirty. Someone in staff said they were full and could not change my room (I had asked to put my daugther in a room next to mine and they put her in another floor!).

The staff is pleasant and kind. The breakfast was a bit poor. The coffee and water ran out pretty fast. The gluten free banana cake had bad tasting bananas. The room isn't sound proof, you can practically hear people walking down the corridor in their sandals.

Location. And that is it. Everything is old. Worn out carpets, bathroom is pretty weary. I din't get how it is a 4 star (in Booking). Makes ZERO sense.

Good location and the breakfast was good this time. The towels was stained e there wasn´t soap and shampoo in the shower box. And didn`t like the bedroom with a connecting door with another appartment.

The property was ideally located for our purposes. We found the food we ordered via the restaurant was disappointing. Floor C could have been better presented, it was a pity there was no service available at the bar. It was disappointing having to phone down to reception and wait for your order.

19 floors building with only 1 functional elevator. Sometimes I had to wait 5 minutes to get to breakfast. Also the windows were simple and I could hear the noise from outside quite loudly, even in the 15th floor.

The location only ! All structure very old:! The elevator very very slowly! The accommodation eu old!! The breakfast was very bad! The ro.service is very bad! No parking available ! I stationed my car in The street in front at the hotel! Internet WiFi very bad! This is not Gold Tulip profile I has knowed in Rio and Säo Paulo!

Good! I stayed 1107 and inside the room across , had a Dog …. barking 24/7 disturbing All my supposed time to rest and enjoy the hotel …. The room restroom wasn’t clean …. and we can see the dirty from the last guess ! Mirrors and shower wasn’t enough clean!
