Location, breakfast, staff, safe, quiet. I forgot my phone cord adapter and the let me borrow one. One elevator without ac. I had to pay for Parking separate and I thought it was included already on the room charges.

Close to everything and quiet safe area Staff needs to understand customer service and the customer is not the worker. HK very bad hole on sheets paint on sheets cleaning not done properly and beds badly done. Property is being rebuilt and at the time of the booking did not specify

It was one of the best experiences I ever had in Goiania, the apartment is bigger compared to other hotels closer, and the employees are super friendly as well as they have a fantastic breakfast. Everything was perfect and my wife and I are very much pleased for all. Nothing in mind.

The only thing that is worth to mention is the staff Fernando and Tomas. They saved it to be a 100% nightmare. Let's say that I wasn't notified that the hotel is in maintenance, and even though I had a long flight at 8 AM was impossible stay inside the room. It was hugely noisy and windows locked. I t wouldn't deserve even 2 stars. From mold on the bathroom and weird smell in the bedroom, blanket that looks like wasn't sanitized after previous guests. The worst accomodationI have ever been, even if compared with less rating hostels/ hotel.
