A localização. Já fiquei hospedada anteriormente e tive uma experiência OK. Mas desta vez, o chuveiro estava estragado, só saía um fio de água totalmente encostado na parede, muito ruim de se tomar banho. A tampa do ralo estava solta, com risco de cortar o pé na parte metálica. Não tinha papel higiênico no banheiro. O ar condicionado não tinha as paletas pra gente direcionar o ar pra cima ou pra baixo por exemplo, só tinha o buraco. Na hora do café da manhã, não tinham funcionários suficientes para repor o café. Desci as 8 da manhã já não tinha mais nada pra comer, e todos os hóspedes estavam reclamando na recepção.

Breakfast was good and complete, with a lot of options to choose. The location is great, very close to the center of the city. It was serviceable. Missing items in the bedroom like towels and bathroom mat. Water failed two times, once not getting hot enough no matter how much I open the hot faucet, another day the pressure was all wrong, very little water then spilling out, probably because of some shortage in the tubulation (no water shortage in the city, it was a problem in the building itself). Old electric plugs, very noisy air conditioner, only very basic items in the entrance hall freezer to take, almost no options for beverages.

The place is rather run down. My first room had broken towel rail and toilet roll holder. That didn't bother me, but might bother someone more fussy. Then the electronic door lock failed, leaving me sitting outside (the nice lady at reception capitulated when I asked for a free beer :-) until a locksmith arrived. They gave me a new room, in which the TV didn't really work _ had to weave some magic to watch anything. The pool and garden were closed. Breakfast was tolerable. The wifi was good. Do some maintenance peeps!

Few members of the staff were very pleasant and kind to work with! Location is also good! 24h Front Desk One month earlier I requested a quit room (traveling with kid) and it seems they did not read that as I got probably the loudest room (in front of elevator and others hangout spots), but I asked to change the room in the following day. After some explanation and back-and-forth, finally I got a new room much quieter.

Practical location The downtown city sometimes is not goo. But this not hotel responsibility.
