Well well to call up to your room early in the morning to move a parked vehicle is not good!Then to find out the parked vehicle was not even yours that needed to be moved.

The hotel location in Goiania. Upon arrival, the front desk person informed that the reservation made on Booking only mentioned one person (myself) and that I would have to pay if my wife was staying at the hotel. After protesting, I paid extra for my wife to stay. I was very disappointed because for the total price I would have chosen another, much better hotel.

Breakfast was good, also the staff serving the breakfast was friendly. The staff at the reception was unfriend, seems angry all the time. Also the bathroom was so dirty.
