Stay away from their most expensive room, the king room with a Hot tub. The photos are deceiving. It is a cramped unfinished space with a ceiling so low you can reach up and touch it. The view is unpleasant. Not worth the extra money. Also, considering the price they could at least provide free water. Other hotels in the area are better.

Breakfast is very good! So many options! We had issues with the Wifi, and the room had weird marks on the floor. The overall condition of the facility doesn’t look that good for the price, specially in the pool area with very old sun bed. I was expecting a much newer hotel. They should consider either renovation or making the price according to the actual condition of the hotel.

They offer a thoughtful touch for guests with pets, and the animal welfare t-shirts available at the reception are a wonderful addition—such a great message! Also loved, that it was possible to purchase basic necessary things like razor, toothpaste and etc at the reception area. Basically everything else. The hotel had a very creepy vibe. Rooms are extremely old, my room had ripped off security lock which made me feel very uncomfortable. Breakfast was horrifying. Night shift and restaurant staff didn't speak any English, however they were friendly and helpful. Towels are super old and yellow, and the worst is that one of my towels had a whole flock of hair (not mine) on it. Very disgusting. Also the water provided in the room is kind of a joke.

Overall, the hotel is nice and well equipped. The location is OK, although it did not have much to do in the surroundings. The pool was fine and empty most of the times. The gym was also adequate. The breakfast was good, but not spectacular. Only two elevators, and one of them broke, so it was really not enough to rely on one elevator. On checkout, only one member of the staff was working, creating a big line at the time of check out.

The views from the room and the rooftop pool. The room service, the large comfortable beds and excellent shower. Pool water could have been cleaner and the front of the hotel appeared to be undergoing repairs or construction with two rubbish skips and revolving door broken.

The breakfast variety was very good and the staff assistance very friendly. The facilities are very good. I had some meals at the hotel and dishes were just average. Definitely the dishes presentation and quality can be improved. The meals need a chef attention. The portions sizes were good.
