bit noisy but it is near a main road

Nowhere to hang clothes. No biscuits to go with tea/coffee.

Not much Room should have been cleaned before I arrived very poor communication with staff requiring me to leave a day early Items not working in the room

Very quaint little place. Found it clean and comfortable inside. Has a lot of potential. The noise... oh my goodness the noise from the road in room one was just terrible... to the point of us trying to possibly find somewhere else to stay. We sat out the front on the verandah staring at full bins watching a mouse rummage around. It could be a very cute little setting if the garden was done and the bins were elsewhere and an outdoor setting would have been good... we had to bring the chairs outside.. a rude person from a previous stay threw cigarettes butts all over the "garden"... the TV did not work... we had to log in to Netflix to get anything up. Our family members stayed in another room at the back and had a much better experience except for their air conditioner... and having to share 1 x 2 seater outdoor setting with the other people in a different room. Also we slept with our air-conditioner off because it was soo loud BUT maybe we should have kept it on to drown out the trucks., loud cars, and constant motorcycles reving at the lights 8 meters away.

hi the venue was very clean and new, access instructions easy to follow , user friendly and safe. the bed and pillow are very soft and uncomfortable for us .

No Tea bags, Needs a few more items to have a small snack in room eg plate, bowl, spoon, fork, knife. The name is easily confused with Botanical Hotel, located near the botanical gardens.

Location, warm, freshly painted, bright, modern room. Private safe parking, easy access. Noise from the intersection / street. Carpets weren’t vacuumed properly. Lamp stand frames were really dusty. Lamp shades dirty. One lamp wasn’t working. Kettle had old water in it - with bits floating in it. Visible dust on the picture frame. Bathroom floor was dirty. Shower door was leaking. Grime on shower walls.

Location was close to the centre of Bendigo with private off street parking and secure entry to the accommodation Street noise from trucks and hoon cars. It was evident the room hadn't been vacuumed between guests, a lot of hair in the bathroom and dust. No mircrowave or proper hanging space for clothes.

No milk provided for tea and coffee Bed side table lamp didn't work Shower screen had soap scum 1/3 up from base.

Comfy beds. - the rooms are quite small - the glasses, cups and the cutlery were a bit dirty. - a bit too noisy from the highway traffic

Comfortable clean place. Great for a stop over.

The bed was really comfortable, the room was very clean. Very cramped room, lack of storage to hang clothes in room and needed to be 7ft tall to hang them in the bathroom. Very poor supply of tea and coffee, no plates, no cuttlery and when I enquired and asked for a toaster, I received a very blunt NO. Road noise is excessively loud. Certainly will not stay there again.
