Everything was great, Very nice owners

We have stayed at Blue Sky for two summers in a row. The hotel has very friendly and helpful owners, and is clean and well-kept. The food, both breakfast and dinner, is excellent. We always feel safe and welcome at Blue Sky.

Exceptional

The property is even better that the pictures. Owned by a very active, kind and hospitable couple, the visitor feels like being in home. Rooms are spacious with brand new furniture. All areas are meticulously clean, pool is very nice and breakfast is homemade and fresh. We truly relaxed!

Very poor

The hotel was very good, 300-400 Meters away from the beach, clean and with nice furnitures. The staff was very kind, polite and very helpful. The owners were very kind, positive and welcoming. The food we ordered was fresh and delicious. The pool was small but very nice and clean. Breakfast was okay. A very good value of money ?

We were very happy about our stay at Blu Sky Hotel, and we hope to visit again. Swimming pool is very nice. Hotel is in a short walking distance from the beach, you don't hear the parties that take place at the night by the beach. Our room was specious, with big and comfortable bed, good air conditioning. Whole place is kept nice and tidy. Breakfast (eggs, sausages, Albanian cheese, coffee and more) was freshly prepared each day, very nice. Staff speaks very good English and was eager to help and provide any information to make our vacation feel exceptional, and to have no bothers. And so we have had. All 7 days in Albania were exceptional with no bothers and no worries. There could be a kettle in the room, but we didn't ask the staff for one so can't actually count that as a dislike, but I have to write something in this column.

Exceptional

Staff: Thank you so much to the owner of the place Arthur for dealing with every problem that I encountered. He was so helpful. Location: The hotel is located near the bus station so you can go to Durrës directly just for 100 LEK ~ 1 €. It seems on the map that hotel is slightly far from the beach but there is a shortcut next to hotel. You can go to the beach / restaurant area in 5 min max. Also there is a supermarket just 5 min walking distance. You could find anything you need. Facility: The rooms are spacious and air conditioned. The breakfast is also well-balanced with proteins,carbs and fats. Location: It is near the highway so if your room is faced to it. It becomes annoying. But with all the doors and windows closed I am able to lower the voice down. Mosquitos: You should get ready to be stung by them if you are unprepared. But generally, this is the situation in Golem. I did not open my windows night time so I subsided it and used fly repellent.

Pool for a kid Very bad experience. 1) the bed linen was not clean. I had a feeling it was not changed after previous guests. It was not fresh and crispy as if after being washed. I found a hair. The colour of the linen was not white but with some strange ornaments which is not professional. When I asked the staff to change it, they did not react. 2 nights I did not sleep. 2) shower cabin was covered with fungus. It was also so small my husband could not fit into it. Ventilation there was veeeeeery noisy. No cosmetics at all. Not towel for the wet floor. 3) TV set was not working 4) furniture is placed in the way you can’t open the door to the balcony. But when you manage it, the view is on the rubbish bins. No possibility to dry wet bathing suits. 5) wi fi is working poor. 6) breakfast is also very poor. Burnt sausages, over boiled eggs and croissants from the supermarkets 7) the way to the beach goes along the road with heavy traffic and no pavement. I find it dangerous when with kids. 8)check in and out hours are very limited. There is nobody at the reception. You have to look for the guy everywhere. And when you find him, his English is too bad to express any request. 9) and the last one: the Guy who supervises this hotel behaves like a big boss. He finds it normal to approach me and tell to watch my daughter at the pool though I was sitting there and watching her. Also, he reminded me that I need to check out though we still had an hour ahead. Well, I am really very disappointed and for 50 eur u stayed in much better hotels with better attitude

Every thing whas just perfekt.

Everything was great, from the fresh daily breakfast, to the pool, to the frendly staff, i felt like i was home, location is good its like 5 min from the boardwalk, and beaches, i warmly recomend it, looking forward to another visit.

Great host (thanks again Remy, Nieri and Arthur), very very clean hotel, nice, clean and blue pool, close to the beach, great for families, great food made by the chef Nieri.
