Clean room

We been staying at this property for about a year now . This is the first time I got the room on my account and am able to send feed back I love everything about the location and staff and hotel

Perfect distant from UCSB. We dropped our son off and it was an easy distance.

Bad breakfast

Rooms were clean and they had us ask for when we wanted them to come in and clean it (versus coming daily) which I personally preferred. There is also a sushi place across the street that we loved! The pool area had a hot tub and beach towels and was very clean as well. We definitely plan on staying there again in the future!

Both rooms had spiders everywhere. One of my workers got bit twice in 2 days

Well maintained grounds, helpful staff. Rooms need upgrading but still clean and comfortable.

Nice pool, comfy beds. Desk was too high for the low chair.

There's a nice variety of amenities on the property and in the room. This was one of the nicer BW properties I've stayed in, and though expensive, it is par for the area.

From start to finish everything and everyone was wonderful the property was beautiful and breakfast buffet was nice we will be back

Hot tub

Nice clean rooms, the front desk was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was average, the pool was warm and clean!

Great place to stay for a vacation trip

Staff very nice and helpful, room clean and comfortable, breakfast was good the ambience nice and quiet, great location. We enjoyed our stayed.

The room was clean, shampoo smelled lovely, breakfast was great, ping pong was fun, and staff was kind!

Staff did not clean rooms.

Front desk staff was so helpful! I had mistakenly booked for an incorrect day. They advised me on a best plan to rebook and patiently waited for me while I figured it out. I had other questions regarding recommended restaurants and they were helpful! Room was great & had all that we needed. Pool was clean and inviting! Breakfast had many options and something for everyone!

It was nice and pretty quiet. The bed was super comfortable. I loved the shower, very spacious. The breakfast was good and had a good variety of food.
