The washroom was a disaster, the shower head was broken, the sink was not draining properly, the toilet flush button was broken, the water tap was not holding still

Everything was as expected, staff lovely, everywhere clean & tidy, breakfast fine. Being woken at 1-30AM by kids running and shrieking (not the hotel's fault)

We did stay 3 nights in this location. Staff are super friendly. The breakfast was also very good and their bread is amazing. Drinks and cereals. Even pancakes. The room was enough. I would have liked a little more storage , but it was still ok. There was no hairdryer even on request, which I think in 2025 should be available. Be mindful if you do not drive. We do like to explore and I did not read the reviews and ended up in this extremely remote area, but the bus 152 takes 19 stops until the 1st tube station (which is not such a nice area and it does not look safe!!). And at least 12 more tube stops to the city. So it is far, takes more than 1.5 h to get to the city, so be prepared for that. It is a journey from the airport but with a taxi you are there in 12-15 min and do not cost too much. Overall, it's not very bad

Great location for our onward trip Easy to check in and room adequate for us as a family. Good facilities downstairs table football and good breakfast. It was all ok but disappointed bar was shut when we arrived at 930 it seems early?
