I rarely take time to write reviews, unless it warrants a response. There was however Nothing which I liked about this hotel, it was a terrible. Location was terrible, Neighbourhood was an industrial estate, nothing within walking distance, rooms were being refurbished, but my room was not and the hall was full of building materials. i booked the hotel as it had an outside pool (but it was closed for building work). Outdoor area was full of weeds.

Nothing in particular. Very poor surrounding, the staff reaction when learning to have to deal in English was rude, the rooms looked very old. Too warm. Not a great experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. The location of the property is not that great and it takes 10mins to walk to the main road to access public transport.

Breakfast was very basic ! Always cold … and l was attending at 8am in the morning. Not very impressive breakfast and overall it should be 4 star hotel so l was very confused! Why not many people speak English ? Hard to communicate! Room was dirty, dust absolutely everywhere. Room standard was for 2 star maximum but definitely not 4 ! I was expecting modern furniture … forgot about it … it was so old and for this prices it iscrazy !

Location and clean. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. Restaurant closed at 6pm on a Saturday night. Area outside hotel was dirty and did not feel safe. Not a 4 star hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff (though English can be an issue sometimes). The location is very remote (no shops and restaurants nearby), and the road leading to the hotel is badly maintained and full of trash. The hotel works great if you just need a place to sleep before a flight, but don’t stay for longer than that.

Very comfortable bed and big size of room in 5th floor. Comfy bathroom. Mini fridge and locker in the room. Free water tank in every floors. Polite reception workers. The room doors are heavy which makes big noise when someone leaves the room or enter. Location is a bit far away from RER by walk (50mins) and in the deep place to find.

The kitchen staff and reception were very polite and helpful. One of the fridge and safe were not working, however as we booked 2 rooms it was working in the other room.
