The room was spacious The towels are very old and the carpets in the hallways were old as well.

Good size room and comfortable bed The 1st Room I was given have a blocked drain and the bathroom was dirty with previous guest dirty hairbrush and hair in the sink.

Check in takes a long time, staff not so familiar with procedures. Breakfast: not enough staff for a full breakfast facility. Only 2 staff members present and were not able to coop with demand. Late or no refill of products.

Room, breakfast, gym, everything so great. Very nice rooftop restaurant, There isn't a lot of choice of dishes but they are well made and the drinks are excellent. No transportation services (paid or free) to the Villepinte Nord Exhibition Center (obviously during the International Trade Fairs period). (You have to take bus and train for a journey of about 1 hour, even though the distance is less than 10 km.)
