Breakfast is 2 protein bars. No irons mo elevator. Smells

The air conditioner was filthy and it barely worked. The filter look like it had never been cleaned. The floor had hair and other debris all over it like it wasn't swept at all and there were men's underwear sticking out from the bottom of the couch.

Hotels.com offered "late checkout" but the hotel attendant had no clue what I was referring to. Price was good but we won't stay again.

Friendly and helpful staff.

The staff was unable to put us on a firt floor. We are bioth physically challenged and managing steps (no elevator)with luggage was almost impossible. Half of the lights were not working. The toilet seat was broken. We did not stay. We forfeited one night's charge and stayed elsewhere

It's a old hotels that is horrible remodel that the 1th thing. Check in was easy , my mistake was not going straight to the room ! When we did get back to room that's when we seen conditioner of room by then its around 11.00 p.a to late look for another place!! The room was not cleaned tub toilet Good thing we carry Lysol Wips floors has paint stain .the air doesn't stay cool let just we did not sleep completely bed is hard top cover stained..to much to write 😠 im happy is was for one night

The room smelled like cigarette as if someone was in the room with me smoking, the air filter was dirty I cleaned because of the cigarette smell, that did not work ,I just could not believe how the room was and the I use to stay there all the time
