It is not a completed Boutique Hotel. Building is being renovated and sits behind a lower level motel. You check in at the other motel and drive through the parking lot to an unmarked building. Lobby is unfinished. There is a handful of rooms down a hallway. No staff. Room was ok. Dirty in corners of the room. AC/Heat control on the wall did not work. No ice or vending machines available. Parking not identified or marked.

The alarm on the fire panel for a battery change blared the entire stay and even after the staff were made aware of it nothing was done. There was no smoke detector in the room. There were bugs and webs in the windows and walls. There was mysterious stains on the walls and sides of the mattress. There was no staff at the desk, it was managed by staff at the hotel in front of the Lucky Villa. The beds were hard and pillows were small and flat. It took 15 minutes for the water to heat up each day. It was terrible and we would have moved if everything else was not already sold out in town!

The building was closed. Nobody was there. Outside doors like a cheap hotel. It was old and ugly.

The furniture looked old and chair was broken. Disgusting and not even one star worthy. I felt very unsafe had to check in at hotel next door and then no staff to monitor door or request anything.
