The property grounds are lovely, the pool is very nice. The room was on the small side with no luggage racks for your suitcases. The room was very clean and there was a nice area outside the room with a small table and 2 chairs. We found the location to be very convenient as we were planning on day trips from the hotel. Therefore, we were not in Gordes Center every day. Therefore drive into the hotel is very pretty with a line of trees. We had an air conditioning problem that they worked on fixing. However, the individual fixing it was very unpleasant. We wanted another room as we just didn’t want to deal with the inconvenience and he wasn’t even going to consider it. It was fixed, but the room never got as cool as we would have liked, it was quite hot when we were there. Unfortunately, it happened again two days later, which they fixed again.

Very comfortable hotel, with an excellent restaurant. WiFi and internet are not reliable which is an issue if you need to do some work.
-
Convenient, clean. Very small twin beds, not too comfortable.
-
No WiFi whatsoever and no internet connection, had to go out to get phone signal even. Small bathroom and uncomfortable to use the facilities. No hotel staff after 8pm.

Beautiful property, excellent food at the restaurant onsite. Staff was incredibly kind, attentive and helpful. Pool was super clean, loved that it was open even late at night. Air conditioning in the room has been the best out of all the hotels we’ve stayed at in Europe. Will definitely return in the future. Nothing

Everything was very clean, and the hotel has a beautiful property with stunning views and amazing nature all around — the air was simply wonderful. We appreciated all the small touches, like good quality toilet paper. The bed was very comfortable, with great linens and a nice pillow. Breakfast had delicious products, although there were no hot dishes like omelets. As for the downsides, the bathroom fittings seemed a bit dated, and the showerhead wasn’t the most convenient to use.

The room was spacious and warm, which made it very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and we really appreciated having a terrace, it was a nice bonus to enjoy the fresh air and view. The Wi-Fi in the room was very unreliable, we barely had access as the connection kept dropping constantly. The hairdryer didn’t work properly either, only blowing cold air. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was for the spa, but we weren’t informed in advance that a reservation was required. When we arrived, it was fully booked, and we had to insist to get a spot.

Quiet and clean. Close to Gords. Staff at check in was okay but man at check out was rude. Ignored us while he was talking to a friend . Did not ask how the stay was or anything else.

Nice, quiet and very comfortable with a very nice staff, fantastic restaurant!
-
Very welcoming staff, lunches and dinners were fantastic. Pool and pool area very nice. We had an amazing view of Gordes from our balcony. A car is a must to get around, the resort was so peaceful. N/a

Located in the middle of the nature, very quiet and relaxing. Nice pool. We asked about vegan options for breakfast, they were only able to provide fruit and bread. They could have gone purchase at least milk and yogurt for the second breakfast, but they refused to do it, and therefore we weren’t given the same service as the other guests.

Dry comfortable room Excellent shower great location and delicous food.

Very cordial, polite and helpful staff. Felt very welcome. Comfortable room and beds, clean bathrooms. Nice restaurant. Did not use the spa but people seemed happy with the services. Nothing

We did not expect how great this place would be. There’s a restaurant attached that is beyond expectations. Great choice.
-
Beautiful landscaping and pool area. Rooms were very basic and in need of bathroom and bedroom renovations. Breakfast service underwhelming. Lacking so many hospitality touches expected at this price point.
-
Great breakfast , very nice staff and helpful The AC in two rooms we had didn’t really work (weak) and was better in the third room . There are no options to feed the kids between breakfast and dinner at 19:30 as the hotel gourmet restaurant open at 19:30 and is the only dining option.

We LOVED this hotel. We had been travelling round Provence and staying in various types of accommodation. This was our final, and best stop (3 nights). The hotel is only two stories and spread among lovely peaceful gardens and greenery. We are elderly travellers and were very grateful for our ground floor room from which you could walk straight out onto your own private terrace and then on through the garden to the pool. The pool area has plenty of loungers and is beautiful. The hotel is beautiful, tastefully furnished, very comfortable and clean. The restaurant is high end - no cheap quick pizzas here - but the quality of the food and service is exceptional. Well we didn't really need three fine dining dinners EVERY night, but there was nothing else around other than driving up into the hilltop village. A room-service pizza or burger would have done us on our first night as we had had a long drive and just wanted to chill out. But that is a small thing. It was a really lovely stay.
