It was a beautiful property. I liked all the common spaces and the rooms were simple, but clean. The water in our shower would go from a good temperature, to crazy hot or cold when someone from the room below us got in the shower as we were showering.

Beautiful and clean Was only staying for one night and couldn’t get in the restaurant as it was fully booked. It would have been nice if residents had the option of eating before fully booking it for non staying customers.

The hotel grounds, including the pool are simply perfect. The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding towns, especially Gordes. The young lady at reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful and she spoke excellent English, making us feel very welcome. Considering the price, I believe there is room for improvement. The breakfast was disappointing and well below what I would expect from a hotel in this price range. It was one of the poorest hotel breakfasts I've experienced. We also asked to borrow an iron, but were told the hotel didn't have one available and only offered a paid pressing service, which wasn't operating at the time. As a result, we had to wear creased shirts to dinner. I believe providing guests with access to an iron is a very basic amenity that should be available.

So beautiful, with gorgeous well co-ordinated decor. A superb pool. Great breakfast on the poolside. We love it and have stayed there before. We will certainly go again next year. We particularly like the garden rooms as we have a small dog. Nothing

The distance from the village of Gordes was too far. This was not the hotel's issue. I underestimated the distance and I was traveling on foot. If I visit Gordes again I will stay closer to the village.
