Gala Cave Cappadocia

Everything was beyond exceptional! Location, view, hosts, managers, owner, food!! They made us so comfortable. We booked our attractions through them and every recommendation they gave us was awesome! It felt like home! Breakfast had many options, healthy, traditional, kids friendly. They have taxi service on the spot with reasonable fee so no wait time. They made us feel so special! Nothing

Everything was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is close to everything. We enjoyed the views of the balloons from the terrace. The Mediterranean breakfast was awesome. Most importantly, the people were wonderful! Nuri, Haci, Ulgen, and little Miriam made us feel at home. They helped us book the balloons in Pamukkale because the flights in Cappadocia were canceled due to weather conditions. Thanks a million! We will never forget this experience in Cappadocia because of the Gala Cave team.

The location is excellent, the hotel is located in Goreme's downtown and has a great terrace where you can watch the balloons rising in the sunrise, everything was amazing! If you are planning to go Cappadocia this hotel is the best option for you!!

Breakfast area was a bit cramped ..... it did fit all the customers but I wish it was a bit more spacious and breakfast timings were also a bit late as it started after 8:30 which for me it was quite late and for the bathroom I wish there was a proper door in the room :)

It had everything I needed and more. It was conveniently located, comfortable, clean, and has an amazing view. The breakfast was fresh and delicious! The staff were very warm and welcoming. I now consider them friends. They truly went above and beyond to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. They made sure I was dressed comfortably for the weather(offering me a coat for the cold weather and an umbrella for the rain). They made great recommendations according to my interest for dinning, sight seeing, and dinning. I loved this place but what makes it so wonderful is its people. Not applicable

I stayed at Gala Cave Hotel last week with my wife and honestly, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The entire staff treated us like family and made our stay very comfortable and memorable. A special thanks to Ulgun, who was extremely kind, positive, and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, I missed my balloon ride, and since the next day was our last day in Cappadocia, I really wanted to experience it at any cost. Ulgun personally arranged everything for me and tried his best to facilitate us in every possible way. By the end of the trip, he truly felt more like a friend than hotel staff because of his warm and friendly nature. Another lovely person was Nurcahan from the kitchen staff. She prepares very delicious food, and I especially loved her desserts. She serves every guest with a smiling face, which creates such a positive environment in the hotel. Lastly, thanks to Ameen (Amy), who works during the night shift. He was also very nice and helpful to us throughout our stay. Overall, me and my wife had an amazing stay at Gala Cave Hotel and we strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Cappadocia. The location is excellent, with markets and restaurants within walking distance, and the best part is that the hot air balloons fly right above the hotel, making the experience even more magical. Thank you once again to the entire Gala Cave team for such beautiful memories. The only thing which I feel can be improved is the breakfast variety. The breakfast quality was good and tasty, but the range of items is currently a bit limited. Adding a few more options would make the experience even better.

Excellent cave boutique hotel that exceeded my expectations. Everything was outstanding — the room, the beds, the amenities, and especially the rooftop view, from where you can admire the hot air balloons in the morning. The location was perfect, only a 5-minute walk from the city center. The breakfast was excellent as well, offering a wide variety of choices. The owner was extremely helpful throughout our stay, assisting us with transportation, local information, and recommendations. He truly acted as our guide for the region and made us feel very welcome. We felt very comfortable at this property, and if we decide to return, we would definitely choose the same place again. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this hotel. Nothing

The owners are such genuine, friendly people. The entire staff are extremely accommodating making our stay very enjoyable. Nothing! It was outstanding!

The stay in the cave hotel was a great experience. The breakfast spread was yummy and many options were available. Enjoyed the jacuzzi There was sand dripping on the head of my kids in the attached room.

The manager named Mustafa was very good at managing all our needs so we didn't have to do anything. The hotel was very beautiful, especially the rooms and rooftop. We will book here again in the future. The best hotel service I have ever experienced. Nothing

The location, the staff were lovely, and very accommodating. The rooftop views were nice. The staff were lovely and very accommodating, making our stay feel welcome. The only downside was that the water was cold every time we showered, which was disappointing. With consistent hot water it would’ve been nice. Highly recommend double checking which room you’re booking beforehand too. I thought I had booked a different room than I did. The property was unique and comfortable overall.

The main contact, Mustafa, was exceptionally nice during our stay. The room is big and comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price paid, quite worth it.

Would highly recommend this place .. Very homely stay run by a family.. Extremely well maintained property.. The location is the highlight of this place . As it is very close from the centre of the goreme . We had an amazing time here.. We arrived early at around 10.30 and the host accommodated us with an early check-in and also some snacks and tea to make us comfortable.. The rooms are floor heated and we're very cozy.. n they also gave us nice options of tours and very good competitive prices . Anyday would recommend this..
