Staff were genuine, interested and all had a smile in their face. They accommodated us very well .It was a great family oriented hotel and made us feel at home. Breakfast was exceptionally good with a wide range of items and it is served as an open buffet. Love the location and it is great to be able to watch the balloons from the rooftop. N/A

The property itself is very cute and decorated well. The terrace and restaurant above have wonderful views of the city and hot air balloons. Humayun and Burak were extremely helpful, responsive, and booked the exact excursion I wanted conveniently and at a fair price. They made the place feel very welcoming and I highly recommend staying here. I can't think of one thing I didn't like.

1) Their breakfast is amazing It is so tasty even though selection is kind of limited 2) The room is very unique and nicely decorated 3) The terrace for viewing air ballon is also great

Breakfast was pretty good and served on terrace with a gorgeous view. Some options like coffee, boiled eggs, cereals were nice to have on the top of Turkey’s traditional breakfast option, which is not always foreign people preference One of our room: 101 suit with King size bed didn’t have AC unit. So we open the window at night to get some fresh air. If you keep window closed then you begin to smell a bit of stuffed smell from Bathroom Not to bad but it was noticeable when we first time came to the room

Staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. Walkable distance to shops & bus terminal. Breakfast was delicious. We would stay here again if we get the chance to come back.

Friendly owners and staff, lovely roof deck and views, awesome breakfast with wide selection of food in a restaurant with expansive views of Göreme. Terrific location. Gorgeous courtyard. Clean rooms.

We had a great experience with Safaran Cave hotel. The hosts were amazing. They helped us with everything including booking all the tours like ATV tour, Jeep Ride, Hot air baloon, Red tour, Turkish night show. They gave us discounted price for all tours, even reduced prices when they went down and personally spoke to the guides & touring company to ensure we get best experience. The hotel also is lovely, clean. Breakfast was included in our booking and it was very good.
