Amazing location. Outstanding and friendly staff. Terrific spread of breakfast items. The hotel location, views and proximity to the heart of the town, restaurant and other points of interest made the stay extra special. We were blown away by the Cappadocia experience and the Secret Hills Hotel made it extra special. Big thanks to Arif - friendly, helpful and courteous with endless smiles. Highly recommended hotel. yes, it's near the view point. 10 mnts walk you'll see the most amazing view. If you lazy you can just go the hotel terrace to see the Hot Air Balloon flying. The staff Daud is very helpful. We arrived late and we were hungry and tired, most of the restaurants were last order. He helped us to order food and deliver to us. and the pizza was delicious. My bathroom water is too hot. but the other 3 other bathrooms were fine.

Everything. The location, very centrally located , the staff is so friendly and helpful . Truly amazingly hospitable staff who treat you like family. And the best part are the three dogs who are so loving , playful and it was such a pleasure to be welcomed by them after a long day. Absolutely nothing !

I just got back from Secret Hill Cave Suites in Cappadocia and it was honestly amazing! Staying in a real cave room was so cool, and waking up early to watch the hot air balloons fill the sky from the roof terrace was completely unreal. The staff and owners were incredibly nice and helped us book all our tours, the morning Turkish breakfast spread was massive and delicious, and they even have an outdoor pool which was awesome for chilling out after a long day of walking around. It felt super welcoming and homey, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I can't even explain how surreal and amazing the location is. Staff is so helpful. Rooms are huge and best part of having a pool in Cappadocia. It's rooftop has the best sunset views. Coming back to stay at this cave suites.

The staff were excellent! Constant WhatsApp contact ! We had the best room at the property and it was lovely, but the housekeeper did not sweep the floor for 2 days. I finally ask the front desk for a broom and they immediately came and cleaned the floor!

It is very pleasant, comfortable with original decor and in a great location. The views from the terrace are spectacular. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. The staff was professional and very helpful.

A wonderful place to stay with Ilayda very helpful and attentive, and knowledgeable about everything there is to do in Cappadocia. Our luxurious cave room had a sauna on the bathroom and magnificent marble floors. Breakfast was huge and tasty. We would like to be back soon.

Even though I travel a lot, I’ve never written a review before. This is my first time because the stay was so wonderful—I simply had to share! We visited Istanbul, Göreme, and Selçuk (for Ephesus), and I have to say—this hotel was the highlight of our trip. We travel to Europe twice a year and have been doing so for the past 10 years, and this is truly one of the best stays we’ve ever had. The location is perfect: close to everything, yet set on a hill, making it peaceful and offering beautiful views. We had an early flight and arrived very early, so being able to check in early made a huge difference since we were quite tired. The front desk manager, Arif, was always there—he went above and beyond to arrange an early check-in for us, gave great recommendations, and patiently answered all of our questions. Breakfast each day was delicious and fresh. The kitchen staff were incredibly kind and even offered us coffee and cookies when we stopped by for a break. The room and bathroom were very spacious, and the shower was fantastic. Everything about our stay was just perfect.

Good location – away from the city noise, with good view and you can see the balloons from the terrace. We were pleasantly surprised with great breakfast. There are some constructions going on around, but the inconvenience is minor.
