The location was the best thing about this place. Breakfast was poor, but very good! The manager was very friendly and helpful in making sure we didn't fall for the tricks of abusive vendors. The housekeeper’s attitude. - She knocked very rudely on the door to tell us we only had 45 minutes left to eat breakfast even though it was 8:45 a.m., despite the fact that breakfast was served until 10:30 a.m. - She kicked us out of the room before check-out time so she could clean it and leave. -She cleaned the room in 15 minutes: she simply changed the sheets, took out the trash, and mopped the floor. -We didn’t have hot water on the last day, simply because the housekeeper turned it off!

Nice location, kind and helpful staff.

✅ Helpful Caretaker: Allowed early check-in and was very cooperative. ✅ Scenic Location: Situated on a hill—short walk uphill for a peaceful sunset view ❌ Poor Maintenance: Broken/loose headboard on the bed. Fungus in the bathroom (see photo). No Door lock in washroom Dated, non-cave aesthetic (fake tiles, no authentic charm). ❌ Inconsistent Breakfast: First day was terrible (likely because we were the only guests); second day was slightly better. ❌ Lack of Ambience: No decorative lighting or attractions unlike other hotels in the area.

The location of this hotel is just perfect as it is in the middle of the town close to all the tourist attractions, plenty of restaurants and rooftop bars around..sunset watching point only 5 minutes walk... The manager Islam was very nice and helpful

The only positive is it is in the centre of Göreme, restaurants and hikes all easy walking access. The central heating was broken. We used the air con to produce heat however this made the room smell so damp. The bathroom was filthy, black mould and thick brown sludge everywhere. Sink was broken and unattached, no water the first day, no hot water the second day. WiFi very poor and weak did not cover up the whole room only worked when close to the door. All basic needs were not met - WiFi, water and heat.

The room was not prepared well for cleaning. And the bathroom water did not go through well.
-
The breakfast, cleanliness of the roof top sitting area, lack of services (no tea or coffee on the terrace ) privacy might be an issue

The location and the quick response of the staff. Rooms are spacious. Mrs Guney the manager and her assistant (man) are lovely , friendly and willing to assist with anything you ask..

The room was very spacious, and the breakfast was excellent, tasty, and very diversified. The rooms were clean, and there was enough storage for an extended trip. There was also an upper terrace with a gorgeous view of the surroundings and the city. Unfortunately, no balloons were flying that week, but I can imagine the view being even more beautiful with them around. The reception guy was also very friendly and eager to help with anything, answer any of our questions, or contact other people to find out more information about different tours. A small thing that could be improved is the coffee options in the morning. There was only instant coffee, which is not that bad, but when visiting a country so famous for its coffee, we wished we could have a taste of Turkish coffee or at least a better one during breakfast.

Breakfast Facilities

The location is very good, the room simple, breakfast good. The hotel offered seperate beds, and so our choice was restricted. The guy at the reception spoke very simple english, i would expect better language level in this touristy place as then he can misunderstand what you really want as for the attractions offered in and around Goreme, which happened to us. The room was more economic than standard. The light was really poor and no room cleaning or towel change during our 5-day stay. The matracces on the bed are comfortable but they freely move on the bed. Breakfast started at 8,30, we would appreciated earlier time. For the value of money, you can have a better place.

1)Good hotel for its price. 2)Very close to viewpoint. Close to everything. One of the best locations. 3) Good breakfast. We compare with another hotel in this area when we stayed there half a year before. 4) In the room you have everything you need. 1) noisy because of the bar nearby but music was good)) Anyway it is not a problem of the hotel. 2) manager speaks English not good. It may be a problem if you want something specific. Nevertheless he was helpful. 3) you need to wait hot water in the shower.

1. We love our ground floor rooms because we have a courtyard right in front of our rooms. It is very convenient! 2. Every morning breakfasts were great. Hot Turkish tea, coffee, bread, eggs, cakes, fruits were excellent. 3. Warm water in the bathroom was always enough for us all. We never ran out of warm water. The water pressure was good as well. 4. The location of the hotel is great because Tepe Hill is just the hill behind the hotel which we can just walk to see the view of hot air balloons during sunrise over the fairy chimneys. The hotel is almost inside Goreme Town Centre. Mosque is very near so as resraurants, travel agents, souvenir shops, cafes etc.. Rubbish bin is only in the toilet. Should add one more in the room.

The staff and the attention recieved

Timat who manned reception seemingly day and night was great. Perfect English and very helpful. Beds were a bit hard and you have to request housekeeping for multi day stays. The breakfast was good unless one is gluten and /or dairy free, and is basically the same each day so it gets a bit repetitive.

I mainly liked the situation of the accommodation in the center of Goreme… The breakfast was good, there was everything… The cleanliness was good… And the Wi-Fi worked well… The terrace is something that gives great value to this Hotel the bed made a lot of noise every time you moved... We were four people and we had to ask for toilet paper every day because we ran out... not important, but I think they could leave several rolls...

Nothing After leaving the place I received a message saying that we have damaged tv, furniture and fridge if the hotel whereas we didn’t even used to not a single minute; talking about the fridge I several time asked the receptionist Ahmad that the fridge was not working properly but he didn’t did anything and the furniture it was already old. Moreover the behaviour of the receptionist ahmed was not good at all; he was quite rude

This property is in prime location and thats the best part of staying it otherwise its a very average hotel Wifi was so weak and also not so clean

The staff was really friendly and helpful with booking tours and arranging taxi transfers from and to the airport. The hotel is also situated at a central location. And the breakfast especially was really great: a lot of choice and the most friendliest lady. The wifi signal was really weak in the rooms. And the room was a little bit out-dated: toiletcover seemed broken and the headboards of the beds were also a little bit loose.
