The personnel was great! We checked into the room and everything was fine until we wanted to take a shower from the road! When I went into the shower, I saw that the glass partition was not straight, diagonally! Deciding to close the door , she immediately slid off the rails and part remained in her hand , the glass fell to the floor and shattered ! Into very small pieces , like dust ! The glass was just all over the bathroom! Absolutely no effort was made to close it! This is the only attempt! I'm pregnant and I was terrified of how the hotel put my life in danger! After that, the hotel charged us 3,600 lira and threatened us with the police! We tried to settle it, but Mustafa did not come to the hotel, talked on the phone very rudely, threatened the police! We were forced to pay! This cannot happen in any hotel with a high level of service!

Very awesome stuff, awesome place with stunning views. Breakfast was superb and freshly/home made, room was clean and the bed was very comfy. Rooftop terrace was the best, we just loved it. 200% recommended! Everything was as described.

This place is just gorgeous! Bed is so comfy, linen excellent quality as is the service, breakfast & everyone is so friendly, helpful & just wants to do everything they can to make sure our stay was memorable for all the right reasons! Everything to like nothing to complain about. A+++ facilities, Accommodation & service. Road/access in is a little rustic but adds to the charm!

Beatiful hotel with design features, lovely staff and rich breakfast. Room with huge jacuzzi and balcon make it our room extra special Room was pretty big, spotless and sunny there is no place for storage clothes, only one clothes rail with few hangers. As a girls with lot of clothes we would appreciate some closet or dresser

The beds were comfortable, the showers were excellent, the breakfast was incredible and the staff were very friendly with good knowledge of the area (and how weather changes quickly in the area).

The property has a beautiful and conveniently located setting, on the hillside of Goreme. The rooms, property ambience, hospitality and breakfast were all excellent. The staff was quick and helpful to make suggestions on where to eat, or where to go, or to assist with airport drop-off, etc. No issues.
