Elegance Cave Suites

The room was spectacular, absolute cave-like but very spacious, comfortable, clean, and just beautiful. The breakfast was excellent too, with multiple options to choose from. The common spaces and the terrace were incredible, great view, comfortable, and with a really cool vibe. Going up and down the stairs with the luggage could be difficult, we had to go through 2 flights to get from street to our room, which was manageable for us, but it could be difficult for other people with heavier luggage or mobility issues. Keep in mind the hotel is up a hill, so if you are walking, it will be a good 100 meters up and steep from the town center and most restaurants.

I would have liked the breakfast to be served a little earlier. People are up early after the Hot Air Balloon rides and we had to wait around for breakfast. We went 5 minutes early and the breakfast staff were very stern with us about it not being time. The room was a little musty since in it is a cave.

Authentic cave hotel experience in a very convenient location close to the heart of town in Goreme, making it very easy to walk to and from the hotel. The room was very spacious with a large bathroom as well. There were plenty of outlets, hair dryer, lights, etc. The hotel also had 3 restaurants available which was convenient. Overall, very comfortable place to stay. The staff were very helpful in booking shuttles to/from the airport and experiences (horseback riding, spas, etc.) that would conveniently pick up from the hotel lobby. The staff were always available 24/7 and would respond promptly on WhatsApp. Since the hotel is built into a cave, it should be noted that it can be a bit damp in the room, meaning that wet clothes, towels, and surfaces don't dry as well and there can be a bit of a damp scent. That said, I believe this is to be expected of any cave hotel and is not any fault of the establishment. As such, I would still highly recommend this place.

The location was central and everything was close by. The staff were very helpful and they booked our hot air balloon rides. They did not have an iron stand and iron to give in the room to iron clothes.

Like the family room options and the fact that it was in a cave. Everything was within walking distance which was very convenient

Really helpful with kids, my son 3 yr old son still talks about Sheida, and wonders where she lives. Lots of hugs for the helpful staff!

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the wonderful reception team—Seyda, Kemal, Halil, and Muhammed—who made sure I felt right at home. Their hospitality was top-notch, always ready to assist with anything I needed, from booking tours to giving great local recommendations. The hotel itself is stunning, blending the charm of a traditional cave-style stay with modern comfort. The rooms were beautifully designed, cozy, and exceptionally clean, making for a truly unique and relaxing experience. Waking up to breathtaking views of Cappadocia and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere was a dream come true. A special mention to the amazing kitchen team—Fereshte, Feride, and Mahmud—who prepared the most delicious breakfasts every morning! The variety of fresh and flavorful dishes was impressive, and their warm smiles made each meal even more enjoyable. Everything about Elegance Cave Suite Hotel exceeded my expectations—the friendly staff, the stunning rooms, and the unbeatable location. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia. This place was great for the family. We went in January so it was the off season, and they upgraded our rooms for free. The staff were so nice and Breakfast included. The hotel rooms are gorgeous, and the staff got us a good price for a Balloon ride. Nothing the place was perfect.

Good Staffs, the location is perfect. Room is spacious. Unique room (caves room). The internet is fast. - Family room is in the ground floor (bottom), therefore the view is not so good. - Bed frame (for the single beds) should be renewed to give more comfortable. - I have asked about the hot air balloon since the first time I came, but the reception forgot about it.

We were warmly welcomed by Sefa. He was available almost everytime. Smooth check in and smooth check out. Shahide at reception is also a friendly person who offered us Turkish coffee and tea. All of the staff was cooperative and helpful. Sefa you specially made our trip to Cappadocia memorable and pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay at Elegance Cave Hotel! From the warm reception to the excellent food and impeccable service, everything exceeded our expectations. Our room was spacious, offered a beautiful view, and had a jacuzzi in the bathroom – a perfect touch of luxury. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and of excellent quality. The hotel staff arranged all our activities, including the mixed tour, ATV ride, hot air balloon experience, and airport transfers, seamlessly. The location is fantastic – just a short walk to Goreme center, where you'll find plenty of great cafés, food options, and even Indian restaurants. A special mention to Seydaa, who welcomed us warmly and ensured we felt well cared for throughout our stay. Elegance Cave Hotel truly enhanced our Cappadocia experience, and we can’t recommend it enough!
