The staff was very helpful The location was very off, as there is no bell boy or any one to pick up the luggage and climb through from your car to hotel which includes steep and to reach hotel you have to take steps or climb steeps. Parking is very difficult you have to look at many places to find one spot

Location was EXCELENT! Breakfast was a traditional one for them I consider Good, services from the ladies was great. The Stam was WONDERFUL the manager wait for us late night for our arriving A+. He show us the area and contact the tours in our language for us! Just little bit of cleaning detailing in little things!

Foul Odor: A persistent, severe, and stinky smell was present in the room. Rainwater leaked continuously through the front door, pooling inside the room.

Perfect location, only 5 minutes from the center with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel is very beautiful, with an amazing terrace where you can watch the hot air balloons in the morning. There’s also a viewpoint only 15 minutes away by foot (you just have to accept waking up at 5AM ??) The host is incredibly kind and super accessible, he messaged me on WhatsApp as soon as I booked and was always available if needed, and his puppy is soooo adorable The breakfast is unbelievable, I'm attaching a picture - that was for one person! My room was ready at 11AM because the previous guests left early, so they gave me the keys immediately, which I really appreciated after my night bus ? The room itself was very pretty, and the shower was amazing: very hot water, great water pressure. The hotel also organizes activities, I did a horse riding tour and a full-day excursion. They also let me stay on the terrace after check-out until my 9PM bus with no problem at all. Only small thing to improve: the toilet in my room was constantly running.

Rustique and picturesque location and facilities. It was absolutely gorgeous in the snow.

The staff ( Mr. Khan & Mr.Mujahid) was very nice and always helpful. Helped to carry our luggage to room upstairs, helped with finding parking and directions. We rented a car, and Mr Khan helped us plan the itinerary and travel route for both our days and we could make best use of our time there. He also arranged the ballon ride after we arrived, and it was very well organized. The breakfast was same on both days, but we enjoyed the spread. Location is also nice and walkable from many shops and eateries. There is a nice ballon viewing area, with carpets and all, wish it was kept a bit more tidy.

Great location with a fantastic view from the roof. We enjoyed taking pictures and watching the balloons lift off in the morning. Staff was exceptional and arranged tours and a dinner for a great price! The breakfast included in the hotel rate was the best I’ve had at any hotel! It was made to order with a very large variety. I’d return in a heartbeat Nothing to complain about!

Location is very good, breakfast was great everyday, the rooms were very nice, rooftop view. Plus for us that there were dogs at the place as we love them. Khan was very helpful everytime, taking care of reservations and giving us information. Unfortunately, dog poop were scattered on the rooftop. Carpets looked dirty plus poop stain- made it difficult to enjoy the rooftop and use it's potential for great picture taking. Aside from that, everything was great.

The location is perfect for walking and has some nice areas to take some nice pictures. Also the terrace is perfect for watching hot air balloons go up
