Close to restaurants. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Reserved red and green tour with them and they were good. Slight musty smell in bathroom.

No complaints. This is not a cave hotel - we did not wish to stay in one.

The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The breakfast was really good and they also had a lovely rooftop terrace if you wanted to watch the hot air balloons in the early morning coming over Goreme. The staff were very friendly, the rooms a good size and we really enjoyed our stay. We had a family room and a double room and both were very nice. We had a hire car which we were easily able to park over the road. The pool was also very nice with pool towels provided. Nothing we didn’t like.

First of all, great personnel, super helpful and ready to advise attractions, restaurants or whatever you need. We booked balloon flight in the hotel cheaper then agencies outside propose. Good terasse, good breakfast, good rooms. A super convinient location, close to the bus station, agencies, restaurants etc. The smell in the bathroom

If you self driving rent a car, best place to stay and the staff is very helpful. Close to restaurant everything is walkable. Little cleaning for bathroom floor, Little moldy

The male staff were outstanding (Halil, Hassan, Jalil, Berat, and the other gentleman the name I can't recall)! They were exceptionally warm, helpful and very accommodating - super stars! Teddy (the adorable hotel mascot) was an added bonus! The location was excellent too! It's not on a cliff so can be easily accessed even by elderlies. It provided an excellent vantage point of the hot air balloon take off point which was hard to beat. The sunrise/sunset point was also just minutes away (but be prepared for the uphill walk). The Open Air Museum, Swords Valley, the ATV and Horse back riding sites are also within walkable distance. There are also a lot of great restaurants and hang out cafes close by (Chef Kebab, Namaste India, Hector's Coffee, Anzak Coffee to name a few). The breakfast spread was delightful! Thank you again Hassan for making us Turkish Egg Shashookas on request! It was easily may favorite!!??? The patio, terrace lounge and swimming was an excellent spot to spend a relaxed day. I can easily spend an afternoon lounging by the pool. The carpets on the rooftop viewing deck can benefit from some refreshing or even changing. I would have laid there if I felt it was clean enough to do so. Also the water on our room shower was slow to drain. I think the tiles were not leveled properly so water are pooling on some areas which can be a hazard.

Comfortable beds and spacious room. We had the room with 2 beds over 2 floors - each had a balcony. It was great to enjoy coffee in the morning and watch the balloons. We only got one key for 2 of us for the room. In the upstairs bedroom is a step we kept tripping over. We told the hotel and they are going to fix this.

Centrally located, the front desk gentleman was wonderful! The bed and pillows could have been more comfortable. Other than that it was great

The staff is very friendly dey go out of d way to mk all goes perfect amd d breakfast is not so good as expected It needs renivation d owner needs to spend money nd mk renovations as d location is d top bt gone very used up and d breakfast reallt really needs upgrade

Location No housekeeping.no cleaning happened and when I asked the cleaning lady who came after reminder to vacuum the room,she firstly refused,grumbled and then did a very bad job
