Size of room Place need little more update. Some part like Bathtab, sink and glass door were old and flimsy.

Excellent Bathroom privacy was an issue for family stay ( had no door/ see through glass) and requested alternate at check in but was told no alternate available

Good location at the quiet end of a busy street in Göreme; short easy walk to shops & restaurants. Nice breakfast included. Pool was a great way to cool down in the mid-day heat. Amazing traditional Turkish bathroom in our room. They made arrangements for our balloon ride too. Fantastic! All the details that made for a lovely stay.

The hotel was great, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shopping, and tourist sites. You could see the hot air balloons from the terrace most mornings. (We also did a sunrise balloon ride, which we highly recommend. We also recommend visiting one of the underground cities, the open air museum, and the various other outdoor attractions.) The breakfast was amazing, with cook-to-order eggs accompanying a traditional Turkish breakfast spread. The parking was very convenient, and Google maps led us right to the hotel in the middle of the night. I don't have any complaints at all. The entire facility was quite charming, and the staff was very attentive.

No wifi on the room and it was a cave so no mobile signal as well. The stuff didnt do too much about our complain. We also asked before reaching the place about gluten-free breakfast but they didnt prepare anything... We talked to the guy that prepare the breakfast but they only have bread and scramble eggs... We let them know a month ago that one of us has celiac disease.

The breakfast was good and enjoyable, though it would be even better with a bit more variety. There is ample car parking available, which made things very convenient. A special mention to the receptionist, who was extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. They also allowed me an early check-in, which I really appreciated after a long journey. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend staying here.

NOTHING AT ALL Problem was the Manager tried to pick up my girlfriend when I wasn't there. That is unacceptable and if I was there it would definitely would have been a big problem.

The room was very nice and we loved the cave atmosphere. The bathroom in our king suite was also amazing. All the people working at the front desk were very nice but the breakfast people were not as friendly. the pictures of the facilities were a bit deceiving. the pool had brown water and the outdoor area was very run down and didnt look anything like the pictures. The breakfast and the restaurant were also a bit underwhelming, with very limited selection for breakfast. the wifi was pretty awful and we weren't getting any most of the time in our rooms. The location was very far from city center and most of the restaurants we wanted to visit.

My stay at this beautiful property in Göreme was nothing short of exceptional. One of its greatest strengths is its unbeatable location right in the heart of downtown. Unlike many other hotels in the area that are perched high uphill—making the return after a long day of sightseeing quite a workout—this hotel sits conveniently at ground level. It is effortlessly walkable to restaurants, convenience stores, gift shops, entertainment spots, and the lively nightlife area. Yet, despite being so centrally located, the atmosphere remains amazingly tranquil, offering the perfect balance of accessibility and serenity. Another feature worth highlighting is the ample parking space, which makes arriving and departing completely stress-free. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, warm, and cozy—a true sanctuary after a full day of exploring. I particularly loved how natural light flows beautifully into the rooms, seamlessly blending the indoor comfort with the stunning outdoor views. The design thoughtfully immerses you in the surrounding landscape while maintaining a sense of privacy and relaxation. The food deserves special praise as well. Every meal was freshly cooked and thoughtfully prepared, bursting with flavor and authenticity. It’s clear that great care goes into every dish served. However, what truly elevates this property is its genuinely warm and hospitable staff. They don’t treat you as just another guest—they make you feel like family. I must especially mention Ms. Berjin Şedal, who welcomed me during a very late check-in after more than 12 hours of constant airplane travel and exhausting transfers. She greeted me with such a warm smile and reassuring kindness that I immediately felt my fatigue melt away. Her thoughtful gesture of preparing a welcome snack and a warm drink to soothe my exhaustion was deeply touching. It was exactly the kind of reception one needs after a long journey—comforting, sincere, and heartfelt. Ms. Berjin Şedal truly embodies the warmth The drive way to the back parking can be improve by cementing the road to prevent it from being muddy during rainy days. Other than that it is a great stay.

Its a nice hotel with 2 minutes walking distance from main market in Gerome. The cave room was stunning and facilities were amazing. The lady at reception Ms. Perjian was amazing and probably welcomes in the most beautiful way, she even helped me with local tours and attraction with a very fair prize compare to what you get online. Also, I got a bonus upgrade to a better room which I highly appreciate. The breakfast was amazing, good enough to kick start your day. I would certainly recommend and book the same hotel, if ever I got a chance to travel back. Thankyou Cappadocia, Thankyou Perjian.

Everything the decoration, how kind and helpful was the staff because they give some help if you don’t have your plan about where to go or what to do, the man who helped me offers me to ask any time by WhatsApp whatever about the tours and the places. Nothing.

Stone Four poster bed! And the terrace above is where we watched the balloons drifting past. Some of the decorative finish was lacking, silicone badly applied, bath edging was really poorly done. Great shame and easily fixable.

The pool & the rooms are amazing but due to the weather we did not enjoy the pool. Also the staffs are very welcoming. They do housekeeping dailt i observed. Nothing

Great location and it was stress free to be able to make all our activity bookings either ahead of time or upon arrival. Took a few nights to get the room cool for sleeping, but once we figured that out the room was very comfortable.

Room and bathroom are small. Need more space
